The decor was very nice. I really like the boutique hotels.

The restaurant was only open for dinner so we had to go out for breakfast and lunch. This was made more complicated by the inability to just get in our car and drive because only valet parking was available. We couldn’t walk because my husband had hip replacement surgery and cannot walk long distances. Also did not like being charged for parking when valet parking is the only option. No self parking on the premises and no parking in the street.

The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The housekeeping team does a great job every time they clean up the room when I was away during the day. Reception is very friendly and helpful as well!

I wish that was a option for cool tone light as the lights in the room are warm tone only.

Very clean and close to Stanford University. Also within walking distance to several restaurants. Rooms are decorated so nicely and all needs covered.

They require their employees to multitask at several jobs. A hotel of this caliber should hire more employees. We had to wait multiple times to be waited on at the front desk and at the restaurant. Rooms are small for two people.

excellent value for money - if you are thinking of saying a Nobu, this is your alternative, and a way better value. Keep in mind that a number of the restaurants are a 3-5 min uber away....easily justified

Odd that the place does not accept cash...unless you tip in cash and THEN cash is A-OK....I think the concept of "legal for all debts private and public" has escaped a number of places in CA

Very appealing modern design. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

No restaurant for breakfast; challenging shower fixtures, lighting, TV (QR code needed or suggested for something) and coffee service in the room with no instructions, communication with staff was all via text. Front desk staff seemed to double as valets and doormen (persons?).

High quality and modern/stylish rooms. Location in Menlo Park is great. Easy access from highway and walking distance to restaurants and supermarket.

Limited breakfast choices, valet parking only ($30 per day). Room rate overprized on certain days.

So clean, the bed was comfortable, the hotel was quiet and the staff was very friendly and responsive. Also, filtered water by the ice machine!!

Extra toilet paper wasn’t in the room, but that’s it! We got it from a lovely staff member cleaning the room next door.

Stylish decor and comfortable facilities. We also really appreciated that the garage could charge our EV overnight. Also great that we could text message the front desk at any time, any day.

Only complaint, and this is relatively minor, is that the location was a little removed from retail

Beautiful hotel, lovely terrace and breakfast cafe that served delicious food. Staff were super friendly and always happy to help. Rooms refreshed and new water bottles provided each day, super comfy beds and robes in the room. Couldn’t fault it I had a great stay :)

Friendly service… comfortable room and bed… clean bathroom and strong water pressure in shower. All around, really nice hotel.

Outdoor cushions were a bit dirty (but lots of rain the days before we arrived)… and some gnats were hovering. But bar area was clean and bar well stocked.
