Modern and clean building and room, with the parking garage in the same building . Walking distance to Historical downtown and the supermarket in front.

Bed as itself could be more comfortable or massive, just as the rest of the equipment in the apartment. Is not bad at all, only as improvment on the higher level.Also shower set could be with fixed sliding bar as used in Hotels this level.

Great location. Very large spacious rooms with so much storage. Comfortable beds and sofa. Great cooking facilities. Only a short walk to all the main attractions. Very helpful staff. Felt very safe and secure. Overall we had a great stay.

We started with two rolls of toilet paper but every morning the cleaner would take one roll. So every morning we'd have to ask for more which is annoying. A brush in the room would've been helpful to clean up. Also there was a window between the two bedrooms, you couldn't see through them but you could see the light which was annoying because one person couldn't keep their light on without disturbing the others.

This was a great price and location with lovely facilities. The best part was the staff! They were so so helpful and spent the time to help us figure out a plan (most things were closed on Christmas eve) and tried their hardest to help us track down a cell phone that was left on the bus! What a wonderful staff! Thank you!!

Nothing- it was a lovely experience. The apartment hotel had everything that we needed and was a short walk to the center of town. We were worried that everything would be closed for Christmas eve, but we were able to find at least restaurants and souvenir shops open in the city center.

Good standard apartment We had a two bedroom place for myself and mate, so a room each. I fortunately chose the rear facing bedroom, as apparently the one facing the road was quite noisy, poor sound proofing through the windows. You can always hear the traffic noise from the busy main road outside. That said, I would stay there again if I returned to Bratislava, but I would request an apartment that faces the rear courtyard garden, facing the road from a lower floor is not ideal. The apartment is large, spacious and modern, as there was only 2 of us, we were OK with 1 bathroom, however with a maximum occupancy of 4, I think a 2nd bathroom would be needed. Staff were pleasant, diligent and efficient on check in & check out, at 10€ an hour for a later check out than the standard 11am I think it was money well spent. Good location, bus stop right outside if you want to use public transport, the old town a brisk 5 minute walk. Easy access from the airport, but use Uber rather than the very expensive local taxis, who's meters were definitely on turbo for tourists. 45€ from BTS airport just 13km away, or an Uber return to Vienna for €55 (55km away).

The lack of sound proofing on the windows facing the main road, made for an early alarm call and constant traffic noise through the night

I loved my stay here and I would return any time it was possible. Very modern, spacious and clean. Definitely suitable even for a longer stay or a family stay. Feels like at home. Excellent location with a great artisan bakery a few doors from the apartment house. A busy shopping / restaurant street is just a block of houses away, and the city center, as well as the train station is within walking distance. Plenty of public transport options.

If you take bolt, make sure the driver drops you off at the front door, not in the back at staff / garage entry, it's quite a walk to the reception. But it's not a hosts problem, just mentioning it as a possibly useful information for others.

The apartment was modern and spacious, especially for two people. It was nice and warm inside, maybe even too warm as we used the airconditioning and opened the door to the balcony from time to time to cool off. We also had breakfast included and there were plenty of options. Cereal and yogurts, eggs, bacon and sausages, and a selection of bread, buns and croissants, as well as cheeses and deli meats. It isn't located in the center of Bratislava but Old Town is easily reached on foot or by bus, and there is public transport nearby to go to a shopping center as well.

It could have used some blackout curtains. At night the room is light enough to read a book.

All is clean, easy access and really worth the money for our family of 4! It really helps that there is a washing machine as we travel with little children so we dont need to bring too much clothes. Everything is by walking distance. Receptionists are really friendly, never they found that we asked too much. We bought our own Nespresso cups which was not necessary since the cleaning lady will give you new cups everyday if you let your room cleaned.

We use a taxi application alot (since our youngest is only 3 y.o) and the application/driver doesn’t know where it is or they found it difficult to find the address of the hotel.

The apartment was well suited for us a family with 3 children, very spacious, clean, and modern. the apartment has a nice kitchen that we used and a washing machine that we also used and the beds/pillows were very comfortable. AC was a lifesaver, especially in the hot summer days of July. The reception staff was very helpful and nice. location is 10 minutes walking distance from the old center, 2 minutes from Bila supermarket, and close to some bus lines.

The apartment we got was facing the street (right above the street) which can get very busy and noisy even during evenings and early mornings, I had to use earplugs for a quiet sleep.

Everything was perfect. We had a two bedroom apartment, which was fantastic. It was very clean with modern furniture. Kitchen was fully equipped with microwave, oven and even dishwasher. The location of the hotel is very convenient, it's only a few minutes of walking to many public transport stations and around 10 minutes to city centre. Entrance to the parking garage was without problem, easy access to hotel from parking as well. Staff was very friendly and room was ready very quickly (around 11 o'clock). Truly a 10 from us!

Excellent base for a visit to Bratislava. Very spacious apartment - with two bedrooms. Large comfortable lounge area - and adjoining open-plan kitchen area along with table/chairs for dining. Well-equipped kitchen - including pots/pans, toaster, kettle, coffee maker - and separate four ring hob, and an oven and separate microwave. Lots of cupboard storage throughout the apartment. Spacious bathroom with good shower. Friendly staff - and quiet location. Very central and only a few minutes walk to the Old Town.
