The mobile home was absolutely lovely, nicely decorated and accessorised and kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were really comfy and the 2 singles were proper sized bed, not the reduced ones often found in vans. Toilet was a big snug but perfectly fine and the shower room was fine with a powerfully hot shower. Outside was well looked after and offered a beautiful garden area and lovely sitting area. Wasn't dog secure but I had taken my extended garden leads so no problem.

Unfortunately the pub next to the accommodation has shut so no food available within walking distance. The red lion near by needs to be booked, but we couldn't get in sat and it's shut sun night. We ended up with a take away from the Chinese on sat and drove to Horncastle for tea on Sun - we don't cook when we're on holiday! Nothing we didn't like with the actual accommodation though except poor Internet and just basic telly stations.

Great Hosts! Really lovely and peaceful little place to stay. Nice lodge, very well equipped, the hosts Angela and Steve have really thought of everything you could possibly need. The welcome hamper was a nice surprise. We had a lovely time and loved the quietness and tranquility of the location. A great place to stay if you need to unwind.

I would say don't be put off by first impressions. Poppy's Lodge looks a bit weather worn from the outside, but it's lovely and welcoming on the inside, like a home from home. There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Super comfy beds, really friendly accommodating host, garden for the dogs was an unexpected bonus both for them and us to sit out in. Welcome pack was an added bonus. Home was clean and tidy, perfect. Sofa and chairs were also super comfortable and throws for the dog welcome, although they have their own beds which they are used to but it did mean we could sit on them in our outdoor gear without worrying about making them dirty.

Everything was an amazing stay from check in to check out was perfect had everything we needed and more. Was greeted by hosts on arival and shown around. Was left a basket with bread milk juice cereal and jam. Was very peaceful. Had plenty of space with and outside area closed off. Tv and dvd player with plenty dvds to choose from. Thankyou for a great stay. Will visit again soon 😁

Nothing everything was more than perfect

Steve and Angela who own the property are the nicest couple. The Hundleby Inn next door is a fabulous restaurant. The whole stay was wonderful. Everything was thoughtfully provided. Thank you so much

Only small thing was that it wasn't possible to drive right up to lodge. Have to walk a short distance back and forth with cases though we were kindly offered a trolley to assist.

The owners went above and beyond to help if we needed anything and they was very welcoming and friendly. A little basket with bread, cereal, biscuits and milk was there. Dress ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Peaceful and relaxed. Plenty of walks for dogs and just a drive to the lovely village shops where most places and a lovely cafe which welcomes dogs .

We loved everything .

Quiet, lovely and clean. Very comfy beds. Even gave us a welcome pack of milk, bread, jam, juice. Pub next door, lovely food and good price for meal. Good parking spaces.

Beautiful location in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds, great place to stay to explore both city and coast. A well equipped holiday home, comfortable furniture and a great outside space too.

absolutely amazing. The property was private and clean. Lovely secure garden for the dog to run about. The couple running the retreat were so welcoming. The lady working there gave us some lovely ideas what to do with our stay and couldn’t do enough for us. we will definitely be back
