Absolutely everything was perfect. Location is lovely and rural, the accommodation is simply stunning, very well thought out and tastefully decorated, with attention to detail. Plenty of parking off road. Lee and Joe were truly exceptional hosts. We were staying here for racing at Cadwell Park... it's an ideal spot, away from the chaos of Cadwell but only by 18 minutes ride. They chatted about our interests, recommended places to eat and visit and even let us have a peak in the Mancave. Can highly recommend M.Goys taxi and Terry's Taxis too..... they came to our rescue when Uber let us down and were even better, lots of local knowledge offered. Honestly... don't question it.... just book it. It's beautiful here. I will definitely be back. What a wonderful weekend.

Nothing.... it was truly exceptional.

Very friendly host. Beautiful renovation of an old pub (Shame so many pubs are closing but at least this one has been put to good use) Very clean and nicely appointed. Well thought out, Tea and coffee facilities, cold water in a shared fridge. Home made blueberry and white chocolate muffin etc in the room. Large cooling fan in the room. ( it was a very hot day) etc etc etc..... All topped of with a great breakfast with plenty of choice.

Bed had quite a heavy "summer duvet" and no sheet so it would have been too warm. However, I carry my own top sheet for this very eventuality as it's a common problem. It was in the middle of a heatwave so I'm sure the duvet would have been fine for an average British summer. No pub in the village....

Everything was so fantastic . Lovely property and gardens. The food was excellent . Nothing was too much trouble and the hosts Lee and Joe were very knowledgeable and helpful about surrounding areas and places to visit and eat. There are no eating places or pubs near the property but you can provide your own and sit in the lovely garden . There are some nice pub but a car is needed to get to them. Louth is a Market Town near by and it is great .( Markets 3 times a week.) Lots of nice shops.

Nothing Everything was just what we wanted.

So much to love about The Vine! Perfectly located on the edge of the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds, with a lovely garden and a terrace with tables and chairs. A very comfortable bedroom with lots of delightful touches, plus a drinks fridge on the landing. Delicious breakfast, including imaginative vegetarian options and eggs from their own hens. And Lee was a great host...from her home-made cakes on arrival to all the helpful suggestions for places to visit and things to do locally. There's obviously been so much thought and hard work put into the conversion from pub to top-notch B & B, and Lee and Joe should be very proud of what they've achieved. I was totally smitten by the Wolds and hope to return very soon to both the area and to The Vine.

Absolutely nothing!

Beautiful place to stay. Spotlessly clean and just lovely rooms, dining room, garden and lounge area. Everything you might need is catered for. The Vine was decked out so thoughtfully with comfort and rest at the heart of the design. Honestly, just lovely. And great breakfast too (perfect poached eggs!). Would very much recommend. I think Lee must have many returning customers. Also staying 2 nights allows an opportunity to enjoy all the extras!

The area was quiet, and the BnB was very clean and lovely, with great quaint decor. The garden area was spectacular, and the hosts were likeable, approachable, and friendly. The cooked breakfast and porridge were great. The shower was hot and powerful. We will go back again and would highly recommend the BnB.

The mattress was of the spring coil type and not firm. It was comfortable, but every time my wife moved , I bounced and vice versa. The mattress should ideally be individual coils that support the body with memory foam or similar. Also, the room did get quite warm due to the heat. However, the fan helped.

Food, cleanliness and comfort are of the very highest standards at this gorgeous and quirky B&B but what you can't manufacture is the way Lee and Joe make you feel so welcome, just like old friends. They are exceptional and genuine hosts and went over and above their way to help with ideas about where to go and what to do. They have the gift of hospitality and if ever we are back in Lincolnshire, we will be booking to stay with them again.

That we weren't staying for the rest of the week, lesson learned!

We had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was amazing and the host was very accommodating and friendly, with great local knowledge and restaurant suggestions. The room was very comfortable, they have thought about all the little things you might need! Great location to explore both the coast and the Lincolnshire wolds. The attention the detail, everything was so thought out. It’s always the little things that make your stay so special. We loved the fact we had some baked goods in our room along with some thermal mugs so we could have a nice warm drink in the garden. Just everything was spot on with our stay so thank you so much.

The property is brilliant! Location is fab, 15 mins from Sutton beach and in the countryside away from everything so it’s lovely and peaceful! The B&B has so much character and every little detail has been thought of. The interior design is lovely, all the rooms are excellently finished and a great size with beautiful en suits. Lee and Joe are fantastic hosts and the loveliest people! Nothing is too much trouble! Breakfasts are scrumptious too!!! (And great gluten free options) It’s also all the little things that you don’t get in big chain hotels that make all the difference! Homemade cupcakes in each room upon arrival, robes and slippers, lovely huge towels in the bathroom, great toiletries including make up remover, and some lovely personalised touches just for us…they’ve really thought of everything! So impressive! This is our second time coming back in 2 years and there is no doubt we will all be back again next year!

Only wish there was more rooms so we could bring more people with us next time as we just love it here!!!
