Internet reasonably fast, no problems connecting. Temperature control works well on a chilly night. Good bed: firm mattress, pillows neither too firm nor too squashy, heavier blankets than usual in motels. Plenty of hot water in shower. Lots of desk- and table space; good lighting.

Water-saving bathroom sink shuts off automatically after a few seconds—I counted 5 seconds after initially turning it all the way on—so one has to wash one's hands very quickly, and couldn't leave a trickle on while shaving.

Location close to the road.

Fire alarm went off around 2 am. Woke us up. And no body notified anyone why it went off. Breakfast could have more choices. No boiled eggs. No choice of muffins. Coffee was light. Not much flavor. The room was not really cleaned 107. There was a lid from a bottle under the telephone desk. Plus 3 gummys. We have stayed here before. It has been better.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We like to play cards in the evening and they allowed us to sit in the breakfast room to play.

The rooms were clean and could tell they have been updated, but the bathroom shower and sinks were still a little old and yellowed. A little more variety on the continental breakfast would be nice.

I enjoy that the entire building is no smoking. I also enjoy the mirrors above the head of the mattresses. It is a quiet area of Los Lunas.

Just only on this stay, there were loud guests, maybe some construction/industrial workers, that were loud in the early morning. But other than that, I did enjoy the stay.

Very friendly staff and clean

We were down stairs person above arrived around 12 and for some reason the person just stomped and stomped all night then the lady next door to us had a couple of dogs which they barked most of the time but I really like this hotel we have been staying there for the last 5 year’s at least two times a year

The hotel is very quaint. It is very clean. I loved that the AC was not freezing when I went in the room. The staff recommended where to eat. That helped me so much. They were so patient with me as I was tired when finishing up the questions they needed to ask me. Jay was so very helpful.

The room was clean, and the evening person at the front desk was friendly. We stayed on the 3rd floor. The shower was ok, not too much pressure.

We just stayed one night. People were a little loud outside but went to their rooms at a decent time.

Lady at the desk switched rooms for us since I needed the first floor because there isn’t an elevator. She was extremely nice and helpful. Sorry, didn’t catch her name (slim build, dark and dark rimmed glasses. Bed was very comfortable.

It was all very good,the breakfast was all it needed to be. The staff was very good.Only one bad thing,it didn't have a USB port to charge cell phone. I needed a box to plug into the wall and didn't have one with me.

The pillows had a little to be desired plus having a bit larger towels would have been great
