The property is nicely kept, was close to the highway and almost centrally to our destination.

The parking lot was not lighted up completely, small parking lot with not much parking space. Did not have a do not disturb sign in the room, had to ask one if the employees for one. He was very courteous and put it on door that afternoon. Our room needed a bit more cleaning especially in the restroom floor tiles. The shower head needs fixing, lost most water pressure through there. I also reserved a two bed room and had to settle for only one bedroom because there was not anymore rooms available.

It was clean, the size of the room was awesome; love the sink with the counter, which included a coffee maker, a refrigerator, and a microwave; great location as it was easy to get to from the interstate and to get to the other areas where we wanted to go recreate and the Stafford at the desk, accommodated me as we arrived many hours before check-in time had a room ready for us within half an hour.

I can’t really find anything negative to say. We thought there was gonna be a problem with vagrants, but the motel staff cleared the one individual out of the parking lot who had set up a tent. Stafford remained in the parking lot until they saw the individual had left the area. Great job, great staff great location!

I like the rooms where very clean and the area is very quiet and not too many homeless people staying around the hotel. i like the area cuz it has several places to eat and away from the main downtown area. The ac work great and sometimes is was very cold inside the room in which i enjoyed instead of the heat inside.

The only thing i didn't like was the coffee inside the breakfast area. It had no taste and hopefully they can add more coffee to the pot and make it taste like coffee in the morning. The coffee pot inside the room was great cuz it had a kreigh coffee maker along with the k cups but it only had one or two k cups inside. Wish it had more but should ask the front desk.

I had just spent 2 nights at a much more expensive hotel in DC, and I did NOT enjoy it. Ramada Inn was clean, quiet, with very supportive staff. The breakfast was great. I could call from the airport and the shuttle was there in 5 minutes. The room was wonderful; I particularly appreciated all the power outlets that I could use to charge my devices. I loved the way the shower was set up -- so convenient! And having several restaurants so close was a win-win. I will definitely seek out Ramada Inns going forward, and the next time I'm in Albuquerque I'll look for that particular one. Finally, and very importantly, I really appreciated the Wyndam Green opportunity! Saving energy (and the time and energy of those who work there) was perhaps the best thing of all about this hotel. Thanks to all the people who made it work so well!

One suggestion -- I'd like to see an envelope in my room that I could use to leave a tip at the front desk for the staff who take care of the room. Aside from that, I really can't think of anything I didn't like!

The beds were comfortable and the room was immaculate. The heater was a bit noisy but didn't keep us awake. The staff was very nice and friendly. This hotel is next to two restaurants within walking distance. I was able to complete check-in online and the whole process was seamless. Very quiet at night and didn't see any undesirables around at all. Very well kept up and definitely recommend if you're looking for clean, quiet, affordable accommodations.

Nothing I can recommend changing except more pillows maybe...I love extra pillows!

I arrived at 1:30 a.m. And was greeted with a smile at check-in. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The highlight was the breakfast buffet and the woman supporting it. What a great ambassador to hospitality. Hot hatch chili sauce over scrambled eggs with hash browns and biscuits and gravy. Coffee was tasty too.

That I stayed at other ramada's later, and it was not nearly as nice as this one. They've spoiled me here.

Proximity to the Albuquerque airport was excellent. Ramada Inn Shuttle to and from the airport is ideal. Breakfast was hot, plentiful, had eggs, potatoes and fruit and fresh coffee, and was automatically included in the price. Additionally, the room was clean, no evidence of bugs. It was quiet, warm, and everything in the bathroom worked well. I've been to this motel many times.

We were thirsty after being on a long flight, therefore two bottles of water in the room would have been great, but there wasn't any water, unless we went to a vending machine and bought water at $2 a bottle, which gave the impression of the Ramada being a cheap motel chain.

Close to ABQ & had a good shuttle service. The room was nicely furnished, clean & very spacious.

The staff in the breakfast area (an older woman) was anything but pleasant. I walked in 5min after closing, hoping for a cup of coffee. She rudely said ‘we’re closed, you can’t be in here’ Not necessary. Other than that, the property & other staff were great & I’d recommend!

The staff are very friendly. I especially want to give a BIG Thank you to Alex. He is the one who checked me in when I got there. Alex is a young man who is very respectful and very helpful and friendly. He helped me with everything I needed there to make mine and My husband stay the best ever. I hope Alex gets to be recognized for ALL his devotion to the Ramada Wyndham.

The first night there, was a couple of cars in the waffle house parking lot next to the Ramada Wyndham and they had a confertation in one car driver shot a gun at the other car. The other bad thing was the police didn't show up for about 30 mins.

Room was nice and spacious.

No much the property, but the inhabitants next door. Two guys were up at 3am, going in and out the door, slamming the door, talking loudly. Don’t know why they had a 5 gallon water container near the doors. Don’t think there was security and almost called police.
