We stayed at Sierra Sharm for one week and overall had a wonderful experience! The hotel is beautiful, the activities are well-organized, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The adults-only pool bar was one of our favorite spots — Emad, the bartender, makes amazing cocktails. Just tell him what kind of flavors you like, and leave the rest to him — he’ll surprise you with the perfect drink every time! We really enjoyed the pool volleyball, aqua gym, and stretching classes. The aqua gym instructor is truly passionate about his job — even though it’s a group class, he pays attention to everyone and helps anyone who’s struggling. One day, I lost my gold ring while playing pool volleyball and only noticed it hours later. We contacted Ahmed Zidan at reception, and thanks to his quick response and coordination with the team, they found and returned it to me. I’m so grateful! There was one small issue during our stay — I found a hair in my broccoli (most likely dropped by another guest at the buffet). I informed the staff, and the executive chef personally came to assist us. They quickly replaced the entire buffet section, which showed how seriously they take hygiene. The food was good overall. The chef at the grill station greeted us with a warm smile every day and always made us feel welcome. At check-in, Mohammed at the front desk gave us a warm and friendly welcome, which made a great first impression. The location is also fantastic — the hotel is situated right inside Soho Square, which makes it very convenient for evening walks and entertainment. They also offer a free shuttle service to the beach, Naama Bay, and the Old Market, which was super helpful for exploring the area.

One small disappointment was that although we mentioned in advance that we were celebrating our anniversary, there was no special note or gesture upon check-in. It would have been a nice touch and made the occasion feel a bit more special. After our stay, we received a message from the hotel asking for feedback and a rating. I responded in detail, but unfortunately never received a reply or even a simple acknowledgment. That was a bit surprising, considering the overall high quality of service during our stay. But all in all, we had a lovely time and would definitely come back. Thank you to the Sierra Sharm team!

We are like we found a second home in Sharm and planning to come back with our families. Thank you for your effort to make this place beatiful.

There are a few things you can do better. Paper glasses on the beach doesnt fit your quality. We had to ask for glasses every time we wanted a drink. Filter coffee should be added in your breakfast menu. We expect better than instant coffee from nescafe. Napkins at meal time are always on demand. People need them we shouldnt have to ask for it. The idea of serving ice cream nice but its quality and taste does not match with your hotel overal quality. There should be ice cream buffet which has at least average taste and deliciousness. The ice cream was served was not tasty at all unfortunately. Burger meet should better to have a bit of spice not too much may be a little black pepper to be kore flavored.

Everything from start to finish. This 5* property has everything you need for that luxury holiday resort. This was my 2nd time staying here once 14 years ago and then from 18th Jan to 1st Feb. I was celebrating my 35th birthday this time and they made it very special. They upgraded my room to deluxe pool view room 3407 (a real sun catcher) the rooms are spacious cleaned daily, tv with English Channels,thank you to the staff. The hotel has good free wifi, the food is lovely always something to choose from. We got massages in the spa and a big thank you to Ahmed and Saba ( man and woman masseuses) professional and knew exactly what they were doing. I would request them. Rosetta female lady waitress was so well mannered and got your drinks every evening, then activities around the pool for adults were fun, darts, aqua gym and yogo. And very secure area and linked to soho square and have access to sister hotel the savoy. Gamil the activity/ trip guy is friendly and gives you good prices for buggy in tue deserts or snorkeling etc

Last day we paid extra to keep room on which was great , but then to be made to feel small when we went to the restaurant to have something to eat and because they cut the band office to be questioned by a male manager and made to feel like we shouldn’t be there. But thankfully Abdullah, who was awesome and mostly all the other staff except this one mail sorted it out so thank you Abdullah.

The staff was very nice, the coral beach is very nice, the food quality is also good.

There could be not so many rules like you can get ice cream only from 3 p.m. or to play tennis only 1 hour per week. Also it could be one swimming pool open from 7 in the morning and closing about 8 p.m. and spa could be open in the evening not only till 12 a.m.

This is the sister hotel to the Savoy and you definitely get value and great service, the guest gets what the guest wants. Almost Everything just a few things that need improvement. great place, super clean, excellent AI, drinks good, food really good, great choices, lovely lovely staff couldn’t do enough for you. Beautiful Warm pools both with swim up bars, Fun animation team. Great location. Free room upgrade. Nice size resort not big just right for us. Couple minutes walk to soho square with 25 percent off food most restaurants.

Mini bar in room empty didn’t even bother to put the 2 bottles of water left, in the fridge. Who wants to arrive thirsty and drink warm water? Not enough seating outside to watch the hotels entertainment. The area is too small for the amount of guests. The AI bar in soho square you had to go to the bar yourself were as everyone else (paying customers) had table service, so felt bit like second class citizen.

A big thanks to Mr Mina from reception for helping us with everything.and to all Sierra stuff i had a problem with another Italian guest which directly was solved.i felt really safe there. The lifeguards everyone at this hotel.my third time and wont be the last. Chef aymen, abdoullah, Mohamed،abdo,fadi Ayman .Ibrahim all of you a big hug. I wont forget Mina ,Abanoub,Adly thanks friends for all the nice moments we spent drinking your delicious cocktails.and seeing your smiley faces all day. Our stay will not be complet without a cleaning room that why i would like to thanks Ibrahim such a hard werkend guy. Wonderful beach . I just can not wait to be there with again guys. We really loved Sierra. The staff was really kind and helpful. The room was spacious and Karim kept it really clean. The garden was amazing and well-tended (thanks to the gardening staff). The food was really delicious with a wide variety of choices every day (thanks to the chef(s) and the restaurant staff). The drinks were also really nice both in the restaurant and in all the bars (thanks to the bar staff). We loved the many pools, but the volley-ball one and the andiamo were our favourites. The tansfer to the beach was really short, the beach was nice and the sea life amazing. We appreciated the daily transfer to the Old town. We liked bowling a lot. We were kept waiting at the ice rink and the skates were really bad quality, so we did not enjoy that too much. We used the gym almost every day, and it was OK, but there could be more equipment, better quality and better maintained equipment. I also found that the gym could be cleaner. All in all we enjoyed our stay at Sierra very much. It is an amazing hotel with amazing service and staff. We will definitely come back. Thank you all for your hard work!

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, always smiling and ready to help, which made us feel very welcome. The food was amazing—delicious and with a good variety. One of the highlights was definitely the Wi-Fi, which was surprisingly fast and reliable throughout our stay. The location is also a big plus, just a short walk from SOHO Square, where you can find shops, restaurants, and places to relax in the evening.

While the facilities were generally OK, the rooms and buildings could use some renovation. They felt a bit outdated and didn’t quite match the quality of the service and food.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Sharm El Sheikh! From the moment I arrived, Mina and Ahmad at the reception made me feel so welcome — they were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. The entire staff was just perfect, always going above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and enjoyable. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and everything was super clean and well-maintained throughout the hotel. The location is also ideal — just a 5-minute walk to Soho Beach and literally 30 seconds from the vibrant Soho Square, full of entertainment and dining options.
