The family apartment had two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, as well as a nice kitchen, dining table, and living room. Very nice shower. Plenty of room for our family to relax. The breakfast is pricey, but very good, with many options for all different diets and palates. The hotel provides filtered drinking water on every floor, with a carafe in the room. The location is in the center of the city and easy to walk from, and also right near many bus stops.

The windows did not block the street noise, even in the dead of winter and with the curtains closed -- I had to use earplugs to sleep. The biggest issue was the electronic lighting, thermostat, and curtain control -- it took a couple days to figure out how to get it to do what we wanted it to do, and even then, it didn't always work as it should.

The Novotel Living Almaty Jetisu is classified as a four-star hotel, but it truly deserves five stars in every aspect. he lighting in the rooms is very weak and confusing, making it difficult to understand how to operate it. Additionally, the air conditioning in the two-bedroom suites is not separate, so each person cannot control the desired temperature, which has caused some inconvenience.

The hotel ist exceptional and good. The rooms are spacious and of high quality, the beds super and great. Fresh fruits, coffee and some small sweets are in the rooms. The staff is very helpful and friendly. For me it is the best solution with a fair relationship of price and service in Almaty. I had a service issue and the issue has been solved for my full satisfaction by the manager within a few hours. Extremely customer oriented hotel and management

Very modern, fully equipped and very comfortable and safe.

The air condition. Worked well for the first 3 nights but for the last 2 it was hot. Reported about it three times but nothing was done. It could have been a simple issue such as insufficient gas but it was not resolved.

Location is great with all supermarkets restaurants around. Studio apartment was great with a good kitchenette.

The staff didn’t understand the language much , but overall we had a good stay. Few lady staffs at the reception were rude and unreaponsive.

Pedestrian street with musicians and many restaurants are close to the hotel. Kitchen in the room is good. Shaving cream served in bathroom helped me.

AC control display was switching on and off permanently by itself. No iron in the room. No meat or fish at breakfast, only sausages.

The fittings in the bathroom and the rooms were absolutely fabulous.The bedside tabletop wireless chargers, the spaciousnesses of the room, the quality of cutlery and crockery and glasses in the kitchenette area were standout.

I think he beak fast buffet needs more hot food. In general it could be a lot better.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room had plenty of space to relax. I especially loved the cozy sitting area. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options, and the service throughout my stay was top-notch. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely everything about this hotel! I was pleasantly upgraded to a bigger room with fully equipped bathroom, nicely decorated and comfortable room. The property is ideally located near Arbat Street. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive.
