The hotel and room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and professional. The location is 5 minutes from the airport, within a primarily shopping/ commercial district. Never felt unsafe. Coffee was available 24/7, breakfast was good. Different options were available. Room had microwave and coffeemaker. Short drive to Walmart and grocery stores. Overall, very happy, will stay here again.

The eggs products at breakfast tended to be a bit tasteless and rubbery. Using real whole eggs would have made the experience perfect.

This hotel has a shuttle, and I was picked up very quickly. As my flight arrived early, I was granted an early check-in by the very charming Ashley and Alyssa. The room was well appointed up to the Holiday Inn Express Standard with an excellent buffet breakfast included. I had many enjoyable interactions with much of the staff, including Mahmoud, Cathy and so many others whose name I can't remember.

Nothing major. The carpets in the hallways should be replaced. Regarding noise isolation on occasion, I could hear conversations in the next room but unsure if they were speaking loudly, I just have sensitive hearing, or it's an issue with the hotel itself.

The staff treated me like a queenl i arrived around 10pm and the staff came out and got me right out of the taxi, helped me to check in; and the girl at the check in desk even came upstairs, delivered me, my luggage and brought ice to the room! In the morning, I received my wake up call, a smooth check out, and help at the breakfast room. The staff carried my luggage to my table in the breakfast room. When I was done eating, the shuttle driver then came and asked me if i was ready to go. He loaded my luggage and drove me to the airport within 10 more minutes. This was without question, the best customer service I have ever received. My only regret is that I could not stay there longer. This is the best hotel experience I have ever had.

Our family like Holiday inn because the rooms are clean and bathrooms are clean. Breakfast is great. Staffs are nice. We always stay in Holiday inn no matter what city we go.

In Holiday Inn Polo Park, the location is good. But what we noticed is the room has a dirt under the table near the ac. The sheets are not well made. Maybe improved more in cleaning especially in rooms and bathrooms. And the bedsheets make sure to arrange it nicely so that the costumers will not think that they never change the sheets.

Easy to park, friendly staff, fully stocked convenience store, hot breakfast was included in our stay, atrium like pool with a splash pad, hot tub & steam room. Rooms are immaculate, comfortable and have everything you could need such as microwave, fridge, keurig coffee maker, safe, bathtub and nice shower.

Some late night noise in the hallway and cleaning staff are noisy when still early morning.

Everything was fantastic , it was the nicest hotel room I have ever stayed in , huge room , extremely clean , it wasn’t quiet because there were a huge amount of guests staying including kids so there was a lot of noise in the hallways but everyone was having a great time so there you go lol, I missed breakfast because I had to be at the airport early would stay there or recommend to anyone to stay at the holiday inn on Ellice in downtown Winnipeg

Pool area was an enjoyable experience. The breakfast food was plentiful and delicious. The room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the security features.

Our room was one room off the elevator and there was a hum coming through the walls either from the elevator, or the ice machine. It was a high voltage hum.

Tha breakfast was very good. There was plenty of variety and the scrambled eggs and sausage was warm. All in all enjoyable. I did have minor irritations after a long journey but they were more than made up for by the friendliness of the staff and the fact that when a taxi couldn’t be located in a reasonable time the Owner or Manager I’m not sure which provided a ride for me to the down town in the shuttle bus. This was much appreciated.

The bed was soft but a little lumpy, and I couldn’t get hot water in the shower after arriving quite late. However the next morning the shower was nice and hot. I dislike Kourrig coffee makers I could not get a decent cup of coffee in the room. These were only minor irritations.

It is a very good and clean properly/location and walking distance if you want to buy something to eat or dine in into the restaurants and in the mall.

Our room is okay only that needs to clean and wash the carpet because it’s a lots of stain and doesn’t look good anymore.

Excellent location, friendly and professional staff. I checked in late at night and had late check out and they were really helpful.

The plates and cups at breakfast were disposable which I didn’t like - it would have been nicer (and better for the environment) to have reusable ones. But that’s my only complaint.
