The location will be great from Sunday to Thursday. Unfortunately at the weekends expect screaming from nearby Mostyn Street until 2am. If you're a weekend party animal you will love it. Room was clean and decent size, breakfast really good and a 2hr slot to get one too, good stuff. Staff seem friendly and nice in the evening to sit out and have a drink from the reasonably priced bar.
Mattress in desperate need of replacing and the shower cannot hold a temperature. One minute fine, one minute hot and the next cold. Windows do not stay open and the fan was caked with dust. The room needs a little TLC and would be 100% better.

The property was clean and well kept! The rooms had kettle tea/coffee etc. The room was a great size with a nice big window and a decent shower. Breakfast was included and was really yummy, fab value for money. Can’t complain!
I’d like more of a range for breakfast with maybe some pastries but certainly didn’t go hungry and the food we did have was delicious !

The Post Office was perfectly located for my purpose, my room was very clean and comfortable and although a small single room it was well thought out. It was so good to have a freshly cooked breakfast instead of a buffet. I had a vegetarian breakfast and it was delicious.
My cooked breakfast was brought too quickly I was only half way through my bowl of cereal so it had cooled slightly. I would have preferred to wait a few minutes. I notice it didn’t just happen to me so maybe a bit more awareness of timing is needed. I stay in hotels a lot and it has never happened anywhere before. I must commend them on the breakfast being freshly cooked rather than buffet.

It was the best small hotel stay I've had in all my 59 years Super clean, comfortable smart welcoming very very efficient friendly staff branded tea & coffee in the room good toiletries and I like the fact there are 2 wine glasses on the welcome tray, Staff were so lovely, Especially the gentleman behind the bar on Thursday 24th july , Nothing was too much trouble for him... Superb value for money and a beautiful breakfast as promised Am going to come back to this hotel at the same time next year I honestly could not fault it
Nothing could have been better

Location close to shops and the beach. Accommodation was clean and comfortable, electric fan if the room got warm, tea and coffee making facilities. En suite with complementary toiletries and fluffy towels and hair dryer provided. Breakfast was excellent cereal and fresh fruit juice, full Welsh breakfast sausage bacon egg beans hash brown with mushrooms and tomato or you could have a choice of breakfast bap or scrambled egg on toast, extra toast and pots of tea and coffee offered if requested. Would definitely book again
Doorway to the room was low so beware of catching your head if you are tall

The breakfast was the best we have tasted in over 20 hotels. They only use local farm produce and you can clearly tell with every tasty mouthful. The staff are proud of their breakfast and it clearly knocks spots off the bigger brand hotels. The location was perfect for access to the promenade and its attractions and local shops. The staff were so welcoming. The bed was perfect for us. Value for money.
The view from our room(112) on the first floor at the back of the hotel wasn't great but Llandudno is surrounded by lovely views so we can forgive that.

The room was small but cosy and perfectly clean. Very comfortable bed. Plenty of pillows. Staff were all incredibly welcoming and friendly and polite. They helped me charge my phone when I was panicking about my train home and were really kind. The breakfast is a 10/10 for me and the bar has some great beers on tap which I was able to drink outside in the sunshine. As a solo female traveller, I felt really safe, secure and comfortable during my stay there. I would recommend!
The rooms are showing some signs of wear and tear. Nothing major and they're still lovely but the bathrooms in particular have a few damp stains and chipped paint. I don't care but if you're someone who's picky, you might find fault there.

My Boyfriend and I had to have the shower door fixed in room 108 as the little roller thing had broken so we got the Man to fix it as he said there was no problem so he kindly fixed it for us but we also took 2 Showers and noticed the water wasn't hot it was coming out cold . The Staff were quite friendly when giving extra coffees and milks in our rooms and the Breakfast was excellent and the Kitchen staff were very friendly so would possibly recommend that we come again hopefully next year .

The convenience of the hotel’s position.
Parking is an absolute nightmare! Quite noisy at night , there’s a nightclub (147 sports bar) at the end of the road that doesn’t close until 4a.m on Friday and Saturday. We stayed at the back of the hotel and could hear what seemed like football chants! Despite the parking and the “noise” we had a great weekend and would return, though we would probably travel by train. :-)
