The view from the hotel was stunning, potentially the best view in town. The location also great, few minutes walk from the centre. The room was spacy and well equipped; we especially liked the classic style of the hotel and room. The bed was big and comfy. The selection of the breakfast was really good and tasty. The staff is really friendly and helpful.

There are just a few minor things: - a little bit of mold in the bathroom of our room - having our room located on the first floor next to the 2nd exit was a bit loud during early morning hours - There are only two sunbeds next to the pool - EUR 25 for parking a scooter (outside) for one night is really overpriced

If you want a memorable view of the coastline you must stay here. Breathtaking view from the terrace and pool. Great location in a lovely quiet area. Breakfast was beautiful with lots of choice. We will definately be back.

Wanted to use the sauna after the swimming pool was so cold, but unfortunately wasn’t working.

We loved this hotel , beautiful place , perfect location with unreal view. Hotel is pretty much in the middle of Ravello, you are in town within 5 min of walk . Bus stop to Amalfi is literally few steps from the entrance . Clean room Lovely breakfast Amazing infinity pool

The only thing that we were stifling with was parking . I have been told they sent instructions but unfortunately I haven’t received anything . Which made us to drive in circles for 15 min until we rung reception and asked what is going on . So it turns out they will take your car and drive it to their additional parking space (just couple streets down the hotel anyway) and charging €30.00 per day . Which seems to be quite a lot to be honest. When you decide to go to restaurant it is unreal view however I think slightly overpriced . But that’s everyone personal opinion. We just thought for what it was it was a bit too much

Beautiful location and amazing terrace for meals and swimming. The breakfast was excellent, wonderfully presented with a very varied selection. The communal areas of the hotel (reception, pool, terrace, breakfast room and restaurant) were beautifully presented and tastefully furnished. The bathrooms were gleaming and felt luxurious. Friendly staff who were happy to store our luggage for us prior to official check in time, which allowed us to explore Ravello.

We were disappointed by the quality of the food from the lunch menu and felt it was very expensive. There were a few “attention to detail” issues which made the hotel feel less luxurious than other comparable hotels in Ravello (we have stayed in a number of them). As an example, the swimming towels and room towels quite worn/tatty and mismatched, the toiletries were very basic and the bedrooms themselves were quite simple. The paintwork in our room was quite worn/scuffed. (Admittedly, these are minor details in comparison to the idyllic location and facilities of this hotel).

The hotel is ver nice - it is located in the very center of Ravello and is literally close to everything. It has a wonderful terrace with a stunning view of the coastline and the sea. The breakfast is very, very good and you can have it on the terrace overlooking the sea - a great experience. They have their own parking - just be careful as the address to leave the car is different than the address of the hotel. The staff is very polite and responsive.

Location is beautiful! The staff were super amazing!! The driver for the airport Alessandro was also above and beyond. The views and location were spectacular!

Nothing ! Everything was just perfect. Loved all of the very helpful and kind staff! And this hotel was spotless. The cleaning staff work so hard to make your room spotless.

The location is very good for exploring Ravello. We had issues with our first room (#202), but got a better room after talking to management. Friendly and helpful staff.

Parking costs 35 Euros. I parked next to the hotel in a blue lined spot and my parking ticket was "only" 29 euros :D I also noticed cheaper rates for this place afterwards, same dates.

Amazing location, right next to the bus stop and in the city center. The view was one time and you cannot get enough of it. The room and bed were comfortable and clean. Great breakfast with a lot of variety!

The restaurant balcony was not as expected. It was not clean and the quality did not match the rates of the menu. It looks like it has great potential but it was a bit disappointing and I wouldn't recommend eating there.

We loved the views and the location. The deluxe room and balcony was wonderful. Special mention to the fabulous staff. Papa Francesco, Giovanni, Artur, Alla and Maria made our stay perfect. Thank you for the special table with a view for my husband’s 60th surprise. The two lovely young waitresses were so helpful as were the very helpful young car valet boys. We will return as soon as we can.

The location, views, the staff, breakfast and the charm and atmosphere of this hotel is beyond exceptional. We came for 2 nights and fell in love with this mini-resort style hotel and the people. Esp. All the Marias’ in the reception, the wait staff. Esp. Arthuro and the owner Matteo is beyond lovely, hospitable and caring. The town and the hotel itself is magical and charming. Everything was so beautiful and divine. You must not drive around when you visit since this town is in abundance of what it has to offer and is incomparable to Amalfi coast (main town), and forget about Positano! We thought our fave was Portofino (North Italy). But happy to say this place kicks all others butt! Don’t hesitate and just book. Come with an open mind and immerse yourself. If you’re looking for a romantic and low key this is great too. We came for our honeymoon.
