It was a lively city lights view from the balcony. Spacious bedroom & loungeroom/ combined kitchen. Quiet apartment, couldn't hear any noise outside or in other rooms. Very clean. A huge bath!

None of the things below really bothered us that much & we are planning to stay again. No coffee table. We sat our drinks on a kitchen chair. Some curtains were too short & didn't cover the bottom of the windows & some were way too long so they dragged on the floor. Dishwasher wouldn't open. We gathered it didn't work. The glass shower door almost fell off when I opened it. The TV was leaning forward so we had to prop it up.

Friendly helpful receptionists, good to have 24 hour reception. Comfortable bed, good shower, very conveniently located for railway station. I'd stay here again.

Basically very good, only one little issue. The shower could have been cleaner. A lot of black where the sliding doors of the shower goes inside. Also same round the rim of the washbasin.

The front desk person was very helpful and made us get a 2 bed apartment for the 3 of us, all supplied with toiletries and towels. All rooms have airconditioning, locatiob was a qiick walk to Parrammatta station and shopping and great restaurants. And, car park was within the building and so close to the elevators.. thanks for a wonderful stay!

I am regular. Everything suits me, particularly sporting facilities.

Long cancellation time is a nuisance for business travelers. Water in the pool was very cold. It is not a problem for me, but may be for somebody else,

Great Location. Room on the 25th floor so great view from the balcony. Location very very close to Harris Park. So being of Indian origin, I can just walk to the street full of different Indian restaurants.

The apartment was very clean when we entered. but we were staying there for 5 days. and there was no cleaning equipment in the apartment. Just a broom can also do the job. If it have vacuum cleaner then it would be perfect place.

It’s a good place to stay within Parramatta. It gets the job done. It’s cheaper than the surrounding hotels. It’s not dirty at all, it’s pretty clean. As a whole it is a pretty basic hotel that’s good for customer convenience. The staff member who assisted me at check-in and out was extremely friendly and helpful.

As I only stayed for one night I don’t have enough knowledge to give a thoroughly review of the cons as I didn’t have any.

Location and price

Difficulty finding ‘the’ allocated spot. Numbers not consecutive. After 20mins of looking, I parked where was convenient being it was only for 1 night.

Very close to Parramatta station, Westfield and Little India. Great facilities if want to self-cater and convenient for eating-out. Nice swimming pool for laps and great little gym.

view - but that depends which room you get. Not a deal-breaker!

I liked the spaciousness of the unit and location

Wasn't told either on Booking.com website or at time of check-in that unit was not a serviced apartment. Also there were some renovations being carried out on the Monday night and we could not shower after 10PM until 6AM. Annoying

Special thanks to Bhavik for taking care of our requirements. Compared to many other apartments, the 24*7 service facility with a physical presence is the biggest advantage.
