We wait all year for our vacation and our greatest wish is to have an epic time. We want to experience exceptional luxury and personalized service during our stay. This is why our choice of hotel is extremely important. I personally do extensive research on location of hotel; amenities offered and of course review of the resort. I was so elated when I arrived to Astro Palace and Elpida showed me to my room. The room exceeded my expectations. It was absolutely gorgeous, spacious and the view OMG. I had a balcony and a breathtaking view of the ocean and the gorgeous pool. The next factor to an impressive and memorable vakay is the staff at the hotel. This team works tirelessly to create a haven where the guests can relax and thoroughly enjoy themselves. It really helps knowing that there is an onsite restaurant and oh yes room service. I want to personally thank the team of hospitality people at the hotel for adding that extra special everything resulting in unforgettable memories during my stay. Fabulous location only 5 mins walk to centric Fira and the bus depot so you can get around other parts of the island with ease. friendly and welcoming staff especially Carlos In breakfast room and great cocktail at the pool!! Annemarie in the spa for a great afternoon of pampering in the spa to the courteous housekeeping staff who went over and above with the service and attention to detail. The lovely reception staff book a sunset cruise for us which was amazing and the highlight of our holiday. Just sorry we didn’t book for 2 weeks as the 10 night flew in!!

All the staff exceeded our expectations with their friendliness and attentiveness. Reception staff were very well informed and greeted us every time we arrived or left the hotel, unless late at night when sometimes nobody was on the reception desk. The bar staff were great and couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast staff were always smiling and helping us with choices and advising what was available if not part of the buffet.

The pool was not heated, so as we were slightly out of season we could not use the pool. Our suite had stairs in which I had not realised would be so steep! Also the toilet was downstairs, so at night we had to get up and down the stairs which were really quite dangerous in my opinion. I think it should be made clear that the toilet is downstairs and bedroom upstairs.

My stay at Astro Palace was amazing and if you visit Santorini you should definitely stay here. The property is beautiful, in an amazing location, and all of the food and drinks are phenomenal. You aren't right in the town center but just a short 5-10 minute walk which I preferred because it made for a more quiet stay. My room was cleaned every day and was spotless every time. My favorite thing about the property was THE STAFF. They could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. Everyone knew my name by the end of day one and they really make you feel like the most important person there, even if they are fully booked. Kosta, Dimitry and Egly (?) at the pool/bar were unbelievable. Katarina and the other folks at the front desk could not have been nicer. I happened to injure myself while visiting (at absolutely no fault of the hotel) and they were constantly checking on me and making sure I was ok and comfortable. I missed Astro Palace as soon as I left and will be telling anyone traveling to Santorini to stay there. It was truly one of the best hotel experiences i've had in all of my years of travel!

The hotel is conveniently located near Fira center, making it easy to get around. The rooms are exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained. We had a private jacuzzi with our room and absolutely loved it. The common pool was also clean, though a bit cold since it's not heated—understandable for April. The entire staff was courteous and helpful, especially Georgia at the front desk. She explained everything clearly and consistently went above and beyond to assist us. We also booked a Catamaran boat tour through the hotel, and it turned out to be a fun and memorable experience. Highly recommended!

It would help to have more closet space for clothes and hooks to hang clothes in the bathroom.

An unforgettable hotel and truly exceptional service. Throughout our stay, we were lucky to be looked after mostly by Catherine and Georgia — two incredibly warm, kind, and caring women who made us feel truly welcome. Their help and attention meant the world to us, and we want to thank them from the bottom of our hearts. Every question we had, every request — they responded immediately and with a smile. Our transfer from the airport and back was smoothly arranged by the hotel and done in total comfort — a perfect start and end to our trip. And what a surprise it was to be offered a complimentary upgrade the moment we arrived! Room 151 became the highlight of our stay — spacious, beautifully located, with a private pool and jacuzzi… it was everything we had dreamed of, and more. The peace and quiet it offered gave us exactly the kind of rest we were hoping for. Cleanliness was impeccable — truly one of the standout features of this hotel. And the food? Simply amazing. The breakfast buffet offered something for every taste, and we were blown away by the quality and flavor of the dishes at the hotel restaurant. Not to mention — very reasonably priced. Hats off to the chef! The center of Fira was just a pleasant 10-minute walk away, which made exploring so easy. This trip was a special girls’ getaway to celebrate a birthday — and we couldn't have imagined a better place. Each of us left with the same thought: we’re coming back, this time with our families. We think the Wi-Fi could work a little better — there were occasional interruptions, especially when we were by the pool. Other than that, we honestly didn’t experience any inconveniences during our stay.

The experience of staying at Astro palace left me feeling extremely pleasant and satisfied. Particularly, I would like to praise the lady at the front desk. Her service was top-notch. She always wore a smile and greeted me warmly. Her warm eyes and kind greetings instantly relieved my fatigue from the journey. When handling the check-in procedures, she demonstrated extremely high professional quality and efficiency. She patiently answered all my questions and also gave me a detailed introduction to the various facilities and services of the hotel. Her enthusiasm and carefulness made me feel at home in this unfamiliar environment.The overall service of the hotel was also outstanding. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and all the facilities were complete and in good operation. Whether it was room service or catering service, the staff could respond promptly and meet our needs.

The bartender could pay more attention to the service for Asian guests. Maybe due to cultural differences or personal character, his performance was relatively cold. I hope there can be some improvement in this aspect.I believe Astro palace will surely attract more guests and become a warm haven for more travelers.

From the moment we checked in, we knew it was going to be a great stay. Such friendly and attentive staff - Katerina, Hope, Costas and Abdhul - all of you are absolute stars! The room we had was spacious and had an amazing sea view, with a rooftop private jacuzzi, what a treat! Room really clean and well-maintained, great powerful hot shower. Pool spacious, sparkling and warm. A quick walk into town. A highlight of each day was the incredible buffet breakfast. Such a range of savoury and sweet treats, no need to have any lunch. And Abdhul gets a special mention for his great cappuccinos! This was truly a memorable stay, thanks Astro Palace, well done.
