The room was big and cozy. We were lucky to have a balcony with a beautiful stained glass window and carved ceilings. The location is incredible, just 10m walking from plaça Catalunya and had a bus stop to Barceloneta beach. The staff were friendly and accommodating and very kind to all our requests.

The rooms do t have soundproofing so you can hear everything in the next rooms which was really bad, especially during the nights. Two out of four towels in our room were stained with makeup , and the sheets were also a bit stained but the staff quickly gave us clean ones

The location was pretty good the room was small but clean and service the little nook for coffee and tea is beautiful and overlooking the street

I got there before midnight but before they checked me in it was after mudnight and it was a substantial amount of money €35 which I think was absurd and I was there before midnight and it was heck and high water to get there before midnight. They also told me that water was free but that was only for the first night. They could’ve had better pillows and some milk for the coffee would’ve been nice

Wonderful stay, great building, great design. No breakfast provided, but a coffee machine in the bedroom and a perfect little space with a terrace for tea, with a microwave at disposal. Very good value for the price. I will come back here again.

- Small shower and water heat a bit difficult to manage. -no 24 hours front desk opening. But they kept our luggage on our last day, giving us a temporary card access so we could pick it up in the afternoon, which is very convenient. Staff is also very nice and professional.

The property was well equipped. The reception and room were cool which was refreshing to return to after spending the day exploring Barcelona. The amenities were plentiful, the room was spacious, the terrace made you feel as if you were a local and the location was perfect.

It’s hard to find anything to complain about the stay but if there was something to really nitpick I would say the shower does start to pool up due to not being quick enough to drain and the cutlery in the common area was always dirty. (This could have been the result of other guests returning them in the wrong place). However, these were minute in comparison to all the good qualities of the hotel and the experience of staying there.

It’s close to the Center. There were several metro lines and buses near the place, very convenient. Can walk to Casa Mila. A quiet and clean place. There are coffee, tea, etc in the common place, plenty of sofa to rest, very comfy.

The morning receptionist is not so friendly. Can tell her impatience under the polite manner. The night shift girl who gave us the common key is the opposite, so nice and friendly. We had a great chat!

Great location, good neighbourhood close to many attractions and tons of good restaurants. Big room with access to a shared terrace and also a quiet room since it was not facing the street. Access to a microwave and coffee machine in the room. Big comfortable beds.

Like in other reviews there was always a sewage smell coming from the bathroom. Room cleaning service could be improved. It was clean when we arrived but we stayed for one week and in between the service was not so good.

We loved everything about Amra. They are located on 1st floor and contain 10 rooms. Our beautiful and comfortable room accommodated all 4 of us. So close walk to all the main attractions in center of Barcelona (La Ramba, Sagada Familia, etc). Easy access to Aerobus getting us from and to airport and other city communication, even Hop-on-&-of buses. The room was really beautiful, spacious and clean. Terrace was so pretty, specially in sunny day. There is a corner with plates, utensils, microwave and kettle with cozy areas to seat. Catarina was wonderful giving us all needed information including great affordable eats.

We noticed people were complaining about sewage smell. It was definitely not in the hotel. And the towels issue. All locals and tourist should be aware about no rainfalls and water shortages in this part of Spain. Even the signs say clearly the towels would be changed every 2 days or so to preserve the water. So I’ll cut my comment short here.

Adorable place to stay for a city trip, it’s located close to the center and quiet. The staff is super friendly and I loved the detail of the wall ceiling in the room. Also as a little goodie there is free coffee and tea available. And next to the apartments is a 24 hours super market. I really can recommend Amra Apartments for your stay in Barcelona ❤️

The water pressure in the shower is low and it could be offered better hair dryers.

As far as I understand, it is a hotel that operates as a floor of the building and is unexpectedly useful. Especially the covered balcony of the room facing the road side was very nice. and also the cooling systems. It made us feel at home with its location and small terrace.

It is a sadly that the reception leaves the hotel at 22:00. But communication is very easy with messages.

The location was great, although it was on a busy street it wasn’t too loud, we had a balcony area which we could shut off to keep the noise out.

The checking in process wasn’t the clearest, neither was the front entrance to the hotel itself. The shower wasn’t great, you essentially had to choose between having a hot shower with virtually no water coming out or a cold shower with a lot of water.
