Great location and size of the apartment. Facilities of the pool and bbq were great. Staff were very helpful and accomodating.

For 6 days we were only given a starter pack of 1 small shampoo, conditioner and 2 toilet rolls which felt very tight. Given the price per night, you shouldn’t have to worry about enough toilet roll being provided.

The property was clean, quiet, family friendly and had a wonderful pool which we really enjoyed. We made use of a porta cot which was easy to set up and baby slept well in it. There was no noise from outside once we closed the balcony doors and that was great for nap time during the day. We also used the bbq facilities which were clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect and it was just a short walk to everything Port Douglas has to offer

I found the beds and pillows to be a little uncomfortable (but others who stayed with us found them to be ok)

Great pool, location and communication. They arranged transportation to and from Cairns for our family of 6 and suggested tours to see the Daintree rainforest (Daintree Discover Tours) and Great Barrier Reef (Quicksilver)The unit was spacious and clean and air conditioning worked well. FIY Our unit was a Self Catering Unit so you get a starter package but we had to purchase extra toilet paper and dishwasher soap. I would recommend staying here.

Some members of our group found the beds a little uncomfortable.

We had the 3 bedroom apartment which was perfect for our family (grandparents, parents & child). Rooms were all large and spacious. The pool and location were great and the advice from Lee (property manager) was so helpful. Highly recommend!

Only minor negative was floors were tiled throughout which was definitely easier for cleaning but wouldn't be great if you had really young children.

Very friendly staff , we arrived early the room was ready so they allowed us to check in early, we had a week long stay which included full change of linen & towels mid stay , the room was spacious and spotless, large bathroom great kitchen with all utensils needed, large balcony overlooking the pool. Well equipped BBQ area with fridge and table and chairs. The pool is enormous and well maintained as is the whole complex,and walking distance to everything. Thanks to our host Lee ,

Location was perfect. Rooms were fantastic. Pool was a life saver keeping us cool. We got there not long after Cyclone Jasper & you wouldn’t have known, everything was clean, service with a smile & they kept us informed of any updates. We will be back.

The rooms were spacious and well equipped. The full kitchen and laundry made staying with family very convenient. The communal pool and BBQ area were always clean and spacious.

The bathrooms were not very clean.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. It was also very quiet at night. The kids loved the pool.

The wifi didn’t work all week, the bathroom was a bit dirty when we arrived. Some of the kitchen equipment was also dirty.

The place was really clean. It looked a lot nicer in person than the photos on the internet. Very spacious. Great balcony outside. Gardens were kept very well and the pool was fantastic.

Probably needed 2 towels each. (It’s good to have one for your hair as well) Coffee pods didn’t seem to work. These were very minor things other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lee went above & beyond for us. We got an early check in & late check out, we decided to stay a few extra days & nothing was a problem. The place is so well kept & everything is lovely. Location is fantastic, so close to everywhere. Beautiful property.

One thing I didn’t like was the shower over the bath but no big deal. Everything else was perfect.
