Perfect location, up to 15 minutes walk to the river and many attractions. Minutes walk to Metro line 3, which goes direct to the airport approx 40 minutes, and accross river to Canton Tower. Up to 30 minutes walk to the malls near the main sports stadium complex Numerous western style restaurants close by. Very helpful staff. Small but very functionable kitchen Washing machine/dryer very useful

Poor breakfast choice compared to other similar hotels we have experienced in China. Considering half of the guests seemed to be foreigners, there was a poor variety of cooked foods available. No kitchen consumables and most instructions in Chinese with no translation

The Ascott Guangzhou is an amazing hotel. The facilities and service are unmatched. The rooms are spotless, spacious, comfortable, modern. The amenities are many. The full service kitchen is the best we’ve encountered. The roof area with lush green trees and cool breeze has a mini golf course and walking path and quiet areas with tables and chairs and a small kids playground — all allow privacy and seclusion. The pool and workout room are the best around. The staff is very helpful and proactive. Excellent choice for business travelers, families on vacation and long-term stays. We’ve stayed several times over the past few years and can’t wait to go back.

There is nothing to dislike about this hotel.

2 room apartment is spacious. Kitchen is well equipped. There’s a washing machine, separate dryer. They provide detergent. 3 TVs, 4 separate ACs. Pool is clean. Gym is well equipped. The mall is adjacent and links underground to other malls. Nice walk at the park with spectacular view of the Canton Tower

There’s no dressing table at all. Wd be nice to put a mirror at the desk in the living room with bright lighting. There’s also no full length mirror. It wd be better to have 2 single beds in the 2nd room than a double bed.

Great comfortable stay in the heart of the modern part of Guangzhou. Large, spacious rooms which were great for our stay as a young family. Shopping areas are just a short walk away and just above a metro station as well. Staff were attentive throughout. Highly recommended

Nothing! I believe there were some renovations but it would be great if the hotel connected to the shopping mall downstairs directly (we had to do a small detour, 2 minute walk)

We booked a 3 room apartment, with the master bedroom overlooking the gorgeous Canton Tower. The location is great. One can walk to the Canton Tower, and the Pearl River Night Cruise in about 10 to 15 minutes, and it is near shopping malls and eateries. The apartment was comfortable, sparkling clean, and generously furnished. Happy to recommend this place to other travelers.

Nothing much to dislike the place. Maybe one or two pieces of furniture was dated and should be refreshed.

It is our second times with Ascott IFC. We staying here for 2 weeks, there is nothing can't comparable. The place also surrounded with many kinds of restaurants or street foods., shops .. Very conveniently. Jennifer is the best service manager, she can provide everything we want. Will come back this home again next chance.

I heard from my parents that the breakfast is not so well , the only weak point, compared with other facilities you provide, which are very superb.

Great view of Canton tower. Nice design, luxurious. Large size - 3 bedrooms. Our family was very comfortable here. Excellent breakfast buffet. The room service staff Zhou Jie Ping provided excellent service during our stay deserving special admiration. We also want to acknowledge Harry, a front desk staff who provided us with outstanding service. He helped us arrange a private van and driver. On short notice, we had to reschedule for a later pickup and Harry assisted us even thought it was his day off. We really appreciated his help! The Ascott team really cares.

To use the pool everyone must wear a swimming cap.

Everything is perfect for us. The entire building includes residents, shopping and restaurants, and business offices and banking. You will find everything you want to start your life in Guangzhou

Excellent location, downstairs there is a shopping center with everything you need from clothes to restaurants/coffee shops. The apartments come with high-quality cosmetics and excellent textiles. The embankment with a walking area and the opera are within walking distance.

I was confused by the procedure for checking the apartments upon departure - the staff checks the completeness of the property in front of you. Does anyone really think that we’ll take a couple of towels or a hairdryer with us?😁

The room is spacious and clean. The location is highly accessible and I get a full view of Canton Tower from my master bedroom.

The breakfast can be improved. Understand that some guests are allowed to pack their breakfast but they tend to take a lot of the food and the resupply was not done timely. Given the variety is pretty limited, plus the packing problem, there is not much nice food left for guests who don't in.
