EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE was amazing! Most accommodating staff ever. The beds were very comfortable, made it clear that I need a new mattress at home. 😂 Love the amenities in the bathroom. The pool was warm and the hot tub was nice. We will definitely be back! Thank you Deborah and your staff for getting our room done a little earlier. We really appreciate it. And thank you to the front desk for being so kind and getting us in our room so quickly. All the staff was wonderful. Everyone was happy and eager to help. Really made us feel like we were a part of their family and right at home.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The staff was absolutely amazing and incredibly friendly and accommodating. The breakfast area was spotlessly clean, and the large selection of food was constantly being replenished, and the area being cleaned. The ladies working in the breakfast area were incredibly friendly and definitely made you feel welcome. The hotel is located in a so-so area And the rooms are definitely starting to show somewhere and tear and need some TLC.

Good location, easy check in, courteous staff, nice breakfast and the counters were very well maintained by restaurant staff, easy check out, clean rooms, clean and nice bed linen, towels etc.

The rooms outside lobby was not clean, especially near the elevator and there was some foul smell near the elevator

Location was perfect for our stay…close to the event and family home. It is right off the highway. The bed was very comfortable and the water super hot for great shower. I liked the Dove products in the sink and shower. The lobby was clean and festive. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hallways were clean and quiet even though the hotel was full.

I can’t think of anything I did not like. I did not like that I slept too late to have breakfast LOL

Perfect location. Easy access on and off the property. The staff was very personable. They were able to unclog my bathtub within a couple hours. Super pleased with the attentiveness of the front desk, house keeping service and food was great.

I cannot think of anything I didn't appreciate.

Nice parking, short distance away from the airport. Nice receptionists. Good beds and a good shower.

The hotel is dated. Got a knock on my door around midnight from some angry drunk guy demanding I stop stomping on the floor? Strange as we were all in bed when he came around knocking.

It was clean & staff was great!

I didn’t like they had a bunch of people trying to take pictures of my kids and they didn’t speak English and seems like every time we went some were in the hotel they went to the same spot so it made us feel uncomfortable!

Unfortunately our original room was between a game area with loud noise and room above us was noisy with people jumping etc. your staff was able to find us a better room .

Breakfast was very good rooms were very clean staff was nice pool and hot tub was amazing loved the dove products in the bathroom

The shower had no pressure and was very touchy

Planned to check in at 3pm as advertised, came at 3:30 but room wasn’t ready Travelled 5 hours and couldn’t freshen up and change at hotel as planned Disappointed, only got to use hotel from 12:am til 10 am
