We arrived early for check in, but too late for breakfast and our host allowed us to store our luggage and eat a late breakfast even though they were done and cleaning up. She also expedited the room cleaning and had it ready for us in an hour from our arrival and still 3-4 hrs prior to check in. She was very helpful and gave us maps and information on the bus as well as assisted us to fill out paperwork that we didn't have to pay for the transport. She also told us which bus to take to train station. The apartment was perfect for us 4 with plenty of space. The location had a bus station across the street from the hotel and was so convenient. I would definitely stay there again if we ever return.

The apartment we stayed in was around the corner from the hotel and that was a little confusing as we took and Uber to the location and dropped us off at the apartment, but we couldn't get in and didn't know where to go or who to contact. There was signage to help though.

The breakfast was fantastic, very abundant and delicious. The apartment is very well situated we got to Venice in 20 mins by the bus, just round the corner was the bus stop. The attic was almost unbearable hot, so the air conditioning was on the whole night. It was a warm day so this is just for info.

We arrived after 5 pm, the bed was already made but they forgot to clean the kitchen and change the towels in the bathroom. Upon request they immediately changed the towels and by the time we came back from our stroll in Venice the kitchen was also cleaned. My small kids got stuck behind the glass sliding doors 5mins after arrival 🙈 hubby managed to lift the door with a spoon to get them out :)

This hotel is very nice! Chris met us and checked is in, while his sister helped us with food, and everything was great. They had pizza, beer, wine, and other options for a very good price. The room was very clean, spacious and efficient. This hotel is especially a good choice of you're flying out of VCE the following day.

They only drawback is that distance to the tourist part of Venice- but it's a 10 minute, $1.50 bus ride on bus #5 from the bus station that is outside of Venezia Santa Lucia train station.

There was dedicated parking place that was close to to the private entrance to the apartment what was convinient to drop our baggage from the car. All rooms were equiped with A/C. All windows had anti mosquito nets what did great job. Close to the bus stops that you can take bus to Venice-center. Kind and supportive host that gave us all needed support and guidance. Tasty and abundand breakfast and ..... really cute bunnies that were located in the private garden area. Our kids felt in love with them :)))

Very austere/simple interior design. Kitchen not equiped very well. No wine corkscrew :)

The complimentary breakfast was exceptional- juice, toast, meat and cheese plate, eggs, pastries, water, tea, and coffee. The room was very clean with comfortable pillows. We stayed in the side building and enjoyed the quiet privacy. My daughter and her friends loved that there was a pet bunny in a hutch in the backyard of our apartment. The staff was so friendly and helpful. It was nice to have the option to turn on AC when it got hot.

While the bathroom was clean and looked nice, the shower door didn't seal completely and allowed a little water to get out onto the floor. It was easy to dry with the bath mat, though.

The property is close to the bus stop, cafes and a shop where you can buy tickets for the buses. The landlord's run a café and the breakfast is served there. Which is very nice. We had dinner there as well and it was good. The room is decent sized and has bunk beds for the kids. It has a very secured private car park.

The neighborhood behind the property is a bit rough. There is no trouble as such. But if you are not used to such environment. It can be a bit over whelming. The shower could be a bit bigger and nice.

This is a separate house with two separate apartments. Parking behind the gate under the windows. Bus nearby. Own restaurant.

Everything is very usual for this price, as I can judge from my experience... Superficial cleaning (for example, a large clock on the wall without a battery and with a centimeter-thick layer of dust - well, if you don't want to spend money on a battery, hang a picture instead), official maintenance, and so on. It feels like a two-star hotel with hired staff.

I have not been to other hotels in Venice, but it is hard to imagine a better value than this one. It is in a perfect location 2 mins from the bus to/from the airport and the historic part of Venice. It saves you hauling your luggage along the bridges and cobbled streets of the old city where the water transport generally does not reach and gives you the quickest/cheapest possible access to the airport. There is an equally good value family restaurant nearby run by the same very friendly owners. The included breakfast was plentiful too. In addition to the large room, there was also a semi-private outdoor area that was perfect in the July heat even though the airconditioning was perfectly adequate.

We were only there overnight before heading to the airport. The location was very close to the airport and the staff was very nice. They offered to bring us breakfast earlier than they open because we were leaving for the airport. Very nice of them!

There were just a few cobwebs and the shower didn't work great. Otherwise very spacious!

Let me start with great host. She welcome us with lot of smile, full of information and support. You feel warm for the beginning. Accommodation is very convenient to visit Venice. The bus needs only 10 minutes. Accommodation is very clean, good WiFi, and you got great breakfast at nearby restaurant. Who needs parking there is also free parking spot. Our host even sell us the bus tickets so we don’t need to bother ourselves. Also if you are coming from airport there is close station (400m walk).

Noting to mention
