We stayed in the villa and it was spacious and comfortable. Linen and towels were crisp and white. The pool area was fabulous.

I am probably wasting my time mentioning this because it has been mentioned many times before and nothing has been done about it. There are no mirrors in the bedrooms for styling hair. I also felt that the bedrooms needed a dressing table of sorts. I must also mention the door handles in the villa. They are almost impossible to turn and two of us ladies had to be rescued from the bathroom by stronger men.

Good location- walking distance into the town.

We did not get the advertised room with view. Instead a backyard terrace room. No chairs or table in the room or on the terrace. Only after asking for them we got two outside chairs. No fridge in the room. No complimentary water as expected and normal for Genius 3 guests. Pool cleaning only when we chilled there instead of being cleaned in the morning. In this price range I would expect more.

Room nice and spacious and very comfortable big bed. Location was perfect and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The pool was great to have during the hot time.

The room could have done with a mini fridge to keep some water and drinks cold. It would have been nice to spend longer at the pool but unfortunately outdoor maintenance was being undertaken and didn’t feel comfortable lying at the pool.

The location is great, walking distance from all the restaurants. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The pool looked really nice, but unfortunately it was too cold for us to go swimming.

A fridge and a safe would have been nice. The doors to the room and to the lobby and the window to our were a bit tricky/outdated. We struggled quite a bit to open and close them.

This property is right in the centre of Stellenbosch and you are not far away from all the excitement but once inside the property you have complete peace and tranquillity. You are also close to a large number of wine farms that are some of the best in the world so great for some daytime outings. The property is very well thought out and you have everything you could possibly need.

The location was awesome and the staff were so lovely and accommodating. The size of our room was enormous. Bed very comfy. Had a lovely 3 night stay. However, I feel this place is a little tired now and could do with an upgrade. There should be a fridge and a safe in the room at the very least. The shower tray was so slippery it was lethal!

We were greeted so friendly and they went out of their way to accommodate us, letting me use the bath in another unoccupied room. Nice DSTV channels and good wifi reception.

A mirror to blow dry hair in bedroom would be nice. Also adapter for 2.plugs is needed. A dish cloth and drying towel in kitchen.

The room was clean, bed was very comfy, nice shower and bath in room, very well located - easy walk to the main street for restaurants and shopping. They were very helpful with late checkout after the race on Sunday, and also helpful with allowing us use of facilities for a braai. They were somewhat limited, though, but perfectly adequate. It was also nice to sit around the pool in the afternoon.

Minor (and easily fixable) things like no dustbin in the room, no milk the first day, mirrors in our room were inconvenient for my wife to dry her hair. The upstairs room had guests who woke up early and made a lot of noise - out of the venue's control, but still a minor negative.

Breakfast was good and well prepared. Extra milk and coffee sachets provided in my room as requested. Living next to the pool was a bonus! STAFF a gem since arrival to checkout!

- My room didnt have a fridge. As a solo work traveller, grabbing food on the go, I need a tiny fridge at least to keep meat cold etc. - There is no mirror close to the hairdryer plug point. - It stresses me out when you have to park behind orher guests etc, causes an issue when wanting to leave. - When room above me opened a shower/bath, it got loud in the room and the airpressure in the pipes ventilated through my bath’s plug. Strange, especially late at night.
