Comfortable, spacious with all you need. Conveniently located for walking to all the Franschhoek Literary Festival venues and events. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I appreciated the safe off-street parking

When I booked, I hadn't realised that the property was next to a restaurant, so the music at night was quite loud, but fortunately it didn't go on too late. I also didn't know how the 3 suites were configured. I was in the lower suite, separate from the main house and was closest to the main road and traffic noise. If I booked again, I would probably prefer to stay in one of the main house suites.

Lovely, big guesthouse unit with ideal location for exploring the area on foot. Friendly staff served delicious breakfast served on time. Electric blankets for the cold nights and Aircon for the quick change of weather.

Situated on the main road, the traffic noise especially during traffic hour is disruptive. Limited breakfast options.

The apartments are in a great location. Just a 5 min walk from the centre. Tania the house manager is just amazing, so helpful, friendly & professional. The other staff were great too. The apartments are so clean & well maintained. We had breakfast which was fresh & plentiful. Good secure parking. We didn't use the car the 4 nights we stayed. We didn't want to leave!!!

The property was incredibly spacious and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Tania was a fantastic host—super friendly and always available to help with anything we needed. Overall, it was a great place to unwind and enjoy. Just bring along some mosquito repellent to stay extra comfortable - we killed 44 upon arrival! Would definitely recommend it for a relaxing getaway!

Tania and her staff were fantastic and the breakfast was always fresh. Great location and comfy bed plus fridge and cooker were useful to have if you fancied a night in.

Couple of things need changing, it needs a new TV with Netflix etc… Doors in and out of the room and property could have a better system than just keys I felt like a jailer carrying all those keys..

Beautiful accommodation, well situated in Franschoek with easy access to town and wine tram. We had a wonderful breakfast and Tania (the Manager) is an absolute delight. Very friendly and very helpful.

Everything was perfect. I only have one small thing that bothered me, and that is the opening into the shower between the glass and towel rail was a bit of a tight squeeze.

Beautifully designed interior. Location is excellent: just off the top of the main street and a 5 minute walk to the Franschhoek Tram Terminal. Tania was very helpful with advice re which wineries to visit. Lovely garden with pool. Excellent breakfast served inside or out as preferred.

Tania the manager was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast choices were very good. The location was ideal and we had the bonus of a pool and a terrace to sit out on. The accommodation was luxurious and one of the best we have ever stayed in.

The property was very secure, extremely well appointed , spacious and luxurious. The location was very convenient allowing us to walk to local restaurants and also the nearby wine trams. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating to our every needs.

Having to leave

I loved the location, close to Franschoek terminal to join the tram excursions and the accommodation was an absolute hidden gem. Staff are friendly and absolutely enjoyed our stay! Unit is very spacious and value for money!

Taxi rank closeby is bit noisy, but simply closed our windows shutters a bit later.
