3 on Roux house is in perfect location , walkable to all restaurants & shopping. Lovely decorated and equipped, spotless clean room in quiet street with very comfortable bed! Just perfect. Mercia was absolutely amazing host and very helpful with anything I needed for my stay as a single traveler. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay in your house and I definitely recommend your place to all Franschoek visitors.

Mercia is a very likeable host with a great sense of humour and made us feel very welcome. She gave us good tips and we enjoyed chatting with her. Her home is beautiful, our room was spacious, light, and clean. The bed is huge and very comfy. A/C was super quiet, you hardly noticed it was on. The area is beautiful, just a 5-10min stroll away from the centre of Franschoek. There's plenty of cafés and restaurants around, so we didn't miss not having breakfast at all.

Lovely cottage in a great location.. very spacious room & good shower. Comfortable big bed. Very clean. Mercia & her husband were delightful hosts, so welcoming. I felt very much at home on my 3 nights. Definitely recommend it

Good location close to Franschhoek centre but know it's located next to a school so expect young childrens noise on weekdays early morning . The host is very friendly and gives her informative insights. Room is spacious and very comfy. Bed was excellent. No breakfast was provided but you are walking distance from many great coffeeshops and restaurants.The house has no electric backup so expect load shedding .

Very easy communication with host before and during our stay. Very comfortable room, great size bed which was very comfortable. Walking distance from the town to lovely restaurants for breakfast and dinner. Great place to stay whilst going on the wine tram. Chocolate on the pillow was a lovely touch!!

Very central to the main road. Stunning room, cosy bed and lovely air conditioning. Very sweet owners who were very helpful when it came to reservations and clean up.

Not too private, but still an amazing stay!

Only a few minutes walk into town, and the room was really comfortable. Big, clean and with a great comfortable bed. The shower was great and the air con was really appreciated as it was coming into summer.

We had a Friendly host. Spacious room, WOW shower and toilet in the room but separate from sleeping area The roo.m and everything was super clean and the tray with coffee and tea a bonus as well as the sherry.

We thought breakfast was included but at the end it did not matter
