The communication in the lead up to our arrival was great. Mandla helped arrange a late check in and even moved us to a room with aircon which was a lifesaver. It was also reassuring to see security when we arrived in the dark at night. The room was near and tidy with all we could possibly need for our stay and location was perfect to talk a short walk to grab a coffee or bite to eat.

There was a thunder storm and the lightning was quite difficult to sleep through with the sky light but definitely not a deal breaker or major issue

If you're on the wine tour, then this is a fabulous location. A few hundred metres from the wine tram terminal in Franschoek. Room was clean and tidy, great shower. Key collection was easy, with communication provided via WhatsApp and the key in a keybox at the main door to the property.

We had an excellent stay here. There was a slight mix up with the booking and our original room wasn’t available, however, the manager came straight away and gave us an upgraded room which was ideal. We stayed in the loft room and it was very spacious with a lovely outside space, which had sunshine until 4pm. The bed was very comfortable for 2 people and the room was clean and bright with lots of natural light. It was 4 minutes walk to the wine tram terminal and a short 10 minute walk into the centre of franshoek for the main restaurants. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it to others!

The units are huge and more spacious than expected. The kitchen is very well-equipped, and the units feel very welcoming. Our units had king-sized beds and luxurious bed linens. We appreciated the wi-fi and aircon. There were books and therefore no need for a TV! We appreciated the ladies who came in daily to touch up the units. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. On the day of arrival, we received WhatsApp communication from the staff about the keys and other information necessary for our stay. Cars are parked outside on the street in front of each unit. There is a security guard on duty at night.

Location was great, really lovely helpful staff and the rooms were clean and fresh with everything you needed. Will definitely book again.

Great location for exploring Franshoek by foot and close to the wine tram. The flat is huge and has amazing facilities for cooking and a backyard. The decoration is modern and simple.

The main room upstairs has a super creaky floor that made the people sleeping downstairs aware of every step and noise happening upstairs, not great for privacy. Nothing was protecting the mattress, just the fitted sheet so not sure how long the mattress will stay clean. the night shelf is in metal and cannot keep the weight of a phone and small water bottle, the bottle fall and wakes everybody in the middle of the night, no charger close to the bed.

The hotel's location is perfect for those wanting to be close to the vibrant heart of Franschhoek. Situated just a short walk from the town center, it's ideally positioned to explore the charming streets filled with art galleries, boutique shops, and some of South Africa’s best restaurants. Whether you're here for a leisurely stroll, a fine dining experience, or a wine tasting, everything is within easy reach. The beautiful surroundings, with views of the nearby mountains and vineyards, provide a serene escape while still being in the center of the action. The town's popular wine estates are also nearby, making it convenient for wine lovers to indulge without venturing far.

What a gem, the location, cleanliness and comfort were outstanding. The staff are absolutely amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you, we will certainly be back and will defiantly let others know what a fantastic establishment you have. The bonus was having most of the restaurants within walking distance, a fabulous bakery next door where everything is delicious and so tasty with great coffee! And we loved that the Franschoek Wine Tram was so close, we walked to collect our tickets and catch our free shuttle to the Groot Drakenstein Station to start our fun wine tasting tour.

Spacious, clean, modern apartment. Perfect for a short term visit. I will be back for other visits and I will recommend to others.

At certain times of the day/evening the noise level from the nearby transport and shopping hub could be loud and the barking dogs across the street only added to that noise level. From a security aspect I would have preferred parking in a secure closed off area as opposed to an open area in front of the apartments. Mainly because of the closeness to the transport hub at the bottom of the street and the level of foot traffic up and down the road.

This was my favourite accommodation of my trip. The 2 bedroom apartments are so spacious, exactly what you need when travelling with a young baby. The staff were so helpful and took care of our washing with next day delivery. Impeccable service. We were also able to check in earlier & check out a bit later. Very accommodating. The area of Franschhoek as well is absolutely beautiful. Fantastic accommodation & I would happily stay here again if I ever return. Thank you to all staff.
