The Tandara's location in Sarina was very central to all venues for the QCWA Regional Conference that I attended in early August. Tandara was within walking distance to all the places I needed to get to including shops, supermarkets, restaurants etc. It was a bonus having the Bistro onsite and I truly enjoyed our QCWA Dinner held there. The food was delicious but a little squeezy getting in and out of where we were seated that night.

More room for the amount of people at the QCWA dinner held there would have made it a lot easier for moving in and out of our seats instead of continually having to stand up to let people in and out from the tables!

Have stayed here several times now. Staff (reception, house keeping, etc) are always helpful, pleasant & professional. Check in is easy each time. Rooms are always clean & tidy. Bed is soft but that is a very individual preference. This time I requested a room with parking in front due to injury & they were able to accomodate that request.

Mattress is soft & I like a firm mattress. A very personal preference. This is the ONLY thing I can put in this column.

The staff at Tandara Hotel, are just amazing. I never give 10 out of 10, until now. The staff were very friendly, patient & helpful, their customer service is the best I've ever come across. I hope the big wigs acknowledge & value the fantastic staff they have working for them. Food also was great meals. Will be stopping there again on future road trips.

The room was very homey, storage was great. Very clean and tidy, well stocked for leisure needs. Very close to needs and they even bring your dinner orders to your room for a more comfortable/family based meal.

The fridge could have been on the bigger side but given the space fair. Also a more secure door on the bathroom would have been ideal, just to stop the awkward walk ins haha other than that, lovely

Convenience of the location. Meals at the hotel were great and a short hop across from out room. Staff were very accommodating. Our room neat and clean and was serviced each day.

A little noisy, as our room was close to the highway so to be expected.

The staff were above n beyond incredible tge room was big and the comfyest bed iv ever layed in then the food and room service was great staying there and the support I received from the staff was exceptional, highy recommended place to stay eat and hava drink .... 5 STARS tandara

Great rooms and location, music noise from the hotel next door until midnight, but bearable. As was the road and rail noise. It's that type of town and I knew there would be these things from the location of the motel and main road. Everything needed is in the rooms.

The security chain lock on the front door is broken Bit of light coming in from above the entrance door, but that is being really picky, for an economy motel its fine.

Meal at Hotel was terrific. Best Lamb shanks ever!!! Rooms are old but very clean and well appointed Excellent TV and reception

Morning noise from constructions but not bad Some tradies stay there and leave early but by and large very courteous

Location good, staff very helpful, food good and right in town.

We were very happy with this motel/hotel. One morning we were woken up by a forklift backing around but that wasn’t really a problem.

Breakfast- NA Location for stay....great

Unfortunately our door failed to lock which could have caused us much angst, leaving our belongings & valuables unattended whilst we dined in the restaurant.However upon our mentioning this to staff, the manager was called immediately & efficiently amended what may have become a problematic situation. Our ordered meal was delivered to our room & was utterly delicious, thank you!
