Friendly and very helpful staff. Small nice touches, like coffee and variety of teas in common area just outside room. Biscuits and small chocolates were a nice touch. Our room had balcony with table and chairs and a view. Bus stops to Interlaken East and Interlaken West stations stop just outside the hotel. Lots of booklets and maps on area plus advice from staff. Shutters help for privacy but also let air in and can be opened for light in daytime. Nice coffee and breakfast or snack place across road but also others in vicinity.

Room could have been slightly bigger for us, but that is personal and the advantages outweighed this small negative.

The room was large, comfortable and very clean. The bathroom was part of the room and well-appointed. Breakfast was plentiful and good. The hotel’s location, though not in old-town Vicenza, was not far from most sites. A lovely attribute of Hotel Cristina is that it is an old-fashioned hotel with a 24-hour reception. The staff is quite accommodating. Air-conditioning was controlled by staff, but better than adequate. Wifi was very good, too. Good value, too.

The hotel offers great value for money. All we needed was an overnight stay, so the location was important to us, and it was excellent. The room was clean, and there was a breakfast option available, which was a plus. Breakfast itself is very simple.

It would be great if parking could be guaranteed, but unfortunately, it's not possible to reserve a spot. If the parking lot is full, you'll need to find a place to park somewhere around the hotel.

The room was large, comfortable and clean with A/C and mini fridge. Good bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful and good. The hotel has parking, but you need to reserve in advance. The location is quite good as well, just few minutes walk to the center and tourist attractions. There are few restaurants and shops just in front. The clerk was nice and provided all info.

The Parking entrance was very narrow, but our relatively big car made it. Inside the parking is a bit complicate to maneuver. Other than that it was perfect for a one night stay.

The biggest perk of Hotel Cristina is undoubtedly its location. Stepping out of the hotel, you're practically at the train station, making onward journeys a breeze. Additionally, the hotel is within walking distance of many of Vicenza top tourist attractions. I could easily explore the city center, including historical landmarks and vibrant squares, without needing any public transport. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It provided everything I needed for a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring. The staff was also friendly and helpful, offering local recommendations and ensuring a smooth stay.

One point to consider: If you're a light sleeper, be aware that some rooms, particularly those on the third floor near room 19, might be affected by the hotel's neon sign. The light from the sign could potentially disrupt sleep.

Great sized room in a quirky hotel. Comfortable beds. Aircon! Staff helpful and friendly. Car parking offered ir €5 which is helpful. So close to all the sights,very easy walk to the historical centre. We loved all the different terrazzo marble and decor,some might not.

Small bathroom with too much furniture, get rid if the odd trolley! Shower OK but head needs tightening to stop it flopping down!

Though we only stayed at the hotel for 1 night, we felt the hotel was located close to the city centre and train station. There were a lot of restaurants, cafeterias, and groceries stores within walking distance from the hotel. The beds and pillows were comfortable for our family of 4. All of the staff were also friendly, helpful and accommodating with our requests.

The room and toilet were a bit cold as we were unsure if the room's heater/thermometer was working. Some of our towels also didn't seem to be clean which was surprising as everything else was spotless for our room.

No parking slot for us. HOWEVER you can park outside the hotel if available spots (does not belong to the hotel). There is a private parking close by. Cheap one. Area is a bit strange. You might not feel safe.

Hotel is ideally situated just next to the town center. We enjoyed a very good night's sleep: beds were excellent in both rooms, pleasant room temperature, no outside/inside noise & very dark thx to the blinds. Parking spot was unavailable (this wasn't guaranteed when booking, so we knew), but there is a secured underground lot immediately nearby, so not an issue. Friendly staff at reception. Excellent value for money.

The position of the hotel is great, at just 5 mins from the city center. Beds were really comfortable and during our stay there weren’t any noises at night. Even though we had some small issues with the room facilities, they were quickly solved by the staff. I have also used the hotel parking which was very useful.
