Quite place and good food

I got a phone call from Tara from recipient at night after checking out asking for payment for breakfast and i have already paid whole a mount on booking application but it seem that she did not believe me after that i send her a copy of my booking showing that my booking was with breakfast then she believe that!!!!

A Wonderful Stay at The St. Regis Abu Dhabi Our recent stay at The St. Regis Abu Dhabi was truly memorable thanks largely to the exceptional hospitality of the staff. From the moment we arrived everyone we encountered was incredibly accommodating and genuinely helpful always going out of their way to ensure our comfort. We were warmly welcomed with thoughtful treats in our room which was a lovely touch and the St. Regis Suite itself was spacious elegant and very comfortable. What truly stood out though was the attention given to our daughter. The personalized gifts she received made her light up with excitement and added a deeply personal and heartwarming element to our experience. The breakfast was fantastic offering a wide and delicious selection. We also had the pleasure of dining at Catch restaurant which delivered an outstanding culinary experience with impeccable service. The hotel maintained the highest standards of cleanliness throughout and the beach area was pristine. Serene well kept and perfect for relaxation. Overall The St. Regis Abu Dhabi exceeded our expectations. We left with wonderful memories and are already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended.

My stay at The St. Regis Abu Dhabi, Corniche was truly exceptional. The staff were incredibly professional, attentive, and always eager to provide outstanding service. Every detail, from luggage and clothing arrangements to the overall hospitality, was handled with perfection. The experience was 10/10, and I would definitely love to return again. Highly recommended for anyone seeking luxury, comfort, and world-class service.

However, I was very disappointed with a few points that I did not expect from a five-star property. First, access to spa facilities such as the jacuzzi and sauna was not included in the stay and required extra payment. This came as a shock to me, since in other luxury hotels these facilities are normally complimentary for guests. Second, my booking included breakfast, but I faced an unpleasant experience with one of the reception staff at the restaurant. At 10:00 AM, I was told I could not enter because breakfast time was over, yet just a minute earlier, I saw her allow another family to enter right in front of me. The inconsistency and unfair treatment were very disappointing, especially at a hotel of this caliber.

The room, the staff(Editha, Norman.. many more didnt get the names from the reception to the housekeeping), the cleanliness everything was really really great! I loved the generosity when it comes to the room, the tea, coffee, water bottles, toiletries everything was available for the whole stay i didnt need to ask for anything and the free pressing of two pieces was amazing, I was there to attend a wedding and this facility helped me alot and saved my time ans money.

The breakfast was not organized well and the food was tasteless, the omlette had to be ordered from the table and there were less staff to take the order and after ordering the omletter it took more than 20mins to come and it was tasteless no salt and less veggies ( I asked for vegetables in it) the indian option of matar paneer was there without any indian bread. I had to order prathas and it came late as well. the waffles and pancakes was less than basic ... so my only complaint is on the breakfast nothing else

Overall, our stay at the St. Regis Abu Dhabi was great. The staff were incredibly friendly from check-in to check-out. Thanks to Tara and Leazi. The rooms were lovely and the luxurious bathroom was a highlight. We also really enjoyed the St. Regis Bar. It's a beautiful hotel, but a few small improvements would make the service perfect.

The service could be better, especially with private dining being slow. Another minor issue that I noticed in both my original room and the upgraded suite was that the shower diverter, the knob you pull to switch between the overhead shower and the handheld hose was stuck. It's a small detail, but it seems like something for maintenance to check on

It was a wonderful stay, but what made us feel truly special was the hotel staff—everyone, from the breakfast waiters to the butlers, especially Alam and Navoda, the ladies at the reception, the beach and pool staff. Everything was fantastic. It was so nice to meet such welcoming people; it’s not something to take for granted. Thank you for being so kind to us, always helpful in every way. We have never met such an amazing staff. We had a small issue in our room, and they did everything possible to resolve it. We are truly grateful for that. We will definitely come back. Thank you, you are wonderful people, and we appreciate your work! I’m sure all guests adore you because it’s simply impossible not to. A special greeting to Navoda and Alam. Thank you so much!

It’s was first class all the way, we really enjoyed it. Everyone are treated like special people. Amazing

Nothing we didn’t like, it was great

From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The staff here are simply amazing—so warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. A special thanks to Tara, who handled our check-in with such grace and made us feel completely at home. Our room was beautifully arranged with thoughtful touches and well-planned amenities that made our stay comfortable and relaxing. You can truly feel the care and attention that goes into creating this experience for guests. A heartfelt mention for Chef Kushan and his wonderful culinary team—their passion really shines through. Dinner at Villa Toscana and breakfast the next morning were nothing short of exceptional. The Head Chef at Villa Toscana and Chef Bala with their teams went above and beyond, putting their heart into every dish to ensure each meal was unforgettable. And those little extras—breakfast until 3 PM and a late check-out—were the perfect finishing touches to an already perfect stay. We left with such happy memories and would love to return soon!

The location, beach and staff were very good. Also the rooms very comfortable and with excellent bed. Complements and many thanks for everything to Bhaskar, our smiling and full of positive energy waiter at the beach!

The main pool was very small and busy with no relaxing feeling at all. We stayed mainly at the beach which was more spacious and comfortable. We would suggest a refreshment of the wooden sun lounges. Another thing, there could be diffusers or some kind of air refreshment in the rooms since there are no windows. Also, visiting other hotels which offered less expensive room options we realised that they had much more impressive restaurants and bars; this is something that could be improved at St. Regis. Last thing, improvement of the amenities like the body lotion and hairbrush would be mandatory

We had a truly wonderful stay at The St. Regis Abu Dhabi! From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to make our honeymoon feel incredibly special. They were so kind to offer us a complimentary upgrade, and the room was absolutely stunning — spacious, beautifully decorated, with a luxurious marble bathroom and bathtub that felt like a dream. To our surprise, the room was filled with balloons, roses, a delicious cake, and a heartfelt handwritten note welcoming us — such a thoughtful touch. We also had private dining for both dinner and breakfast, and the food was exceptional. The Greek salad is something I know I’ll be craving for a long time! Breakfast was out of this world — and the best part was having our private butler set it all up right in the room for us. Speaking of which, having a private butler was such a cool and convenient experience. He was always just a WhatsApp message away and offered to unpack our bags, iron our clothes, and help with anything we needed. The room even had great speakers, which made relaxing in the space even better. The amenities were top-notch, especially the amazing range of Sachajuan haircare products and luxurious body products in the bathroom — we love them! Although we didn’t have time to visit the beach, we’re sure it’s just as beautiful as everything else at the property. This was easily one of our best hotel stays and one of our favorite St. Regis properties we've visited so far. We can't wait to come back!

The only thing that I didn't find mentioned in the website was the beach facility, that the hotel is not directly at the beachfront, which did feel a bit misleading. We were told by the staff that in order to get to the beach we need to go through an underground tunnel that connects the hotel and the beach. It seemed like the hotel was a beachfront.
