Amazing staff, great coffee and breakfast available. Bed was very comfortable and room was spacious. Staff let us know about the train noise in advance.

AC unit in the room was really loud. We couldn’t sleep with it running, but it was able to cool the room quickly so we ran it before bed.

The rooms were roomy!

There were no luggage racks to set suitcases on, so we used the couch. When the power went out due to a car crash, the staff was great, but we were a little surprised to not be compensated some for the power inconvenience.

Great location, staff was helpful and even though I was given the wrong room by a third-party agency, Snaptravel, the hotel was a great place to stay. Next time I'll book direct, Snaptravel almost ruined the whole experience.

I'll never use Snaptravel again. I paid for an updgraded room, was charged for an upgraded room, the hotel gave me their cheapest, basic room and Snaptravel refused to help. They gave me the runaround for 3 days passing me from one agent to the next. The supervisor said they canceled the reservation but I called the hotel and they said that was a lie. Called Snaptravel again and more runaround. Will never use them again, not worth the hassle to save a few dollars.

Place looked great- nice facility, pool and room.

The breakfast was out of lots of stuff and the guy working it was swamped. When I let him know the hot water (for tea) was out he said he couldn't replace it for 20 minutes.

I really liked that little two queen studio with a sofa bed and a little kitchen with a full size fridge, a dish washer and microwave. The beds were very comfy too

I didn't like that the sofa was plether. It was not so comfy because it was cold and hard. Sitting on it and watching a movie i needed a blanket. I can only imagine how nasty it feels in the summer.

Did not eat breakfast. The location was perfect. Easy access to the freeway and the beach and beach cities.

The cable did not work properly and the body wash was empty and didn’t get replenished even after room service came in during my stay.

Very nice stay, great apartments with kitchenette, pool, parking loved it

if you are staying at the street side of the hotel it is very noisy, on the other side perfect.

We had to switch rooms three times. First room had a very loud heater/ ac; second room looked out to a completely blank wall, no outside view at all. Third room was fine. The staff cheerfully tried to repair AC. Switched rooms first to no view room , then when I went down to express my dissatisfaction with room 2, they offered to move our luggage for us while we were with family on Christmas Day. We didn’t spend a lot of time in our room, but we’re glad of the extra space. We had our 18 year old little dog with us in his corral bed, so there was plenty of room. The little treats left for us were very welcome. We will definitely stay with RI again when we are visiting family - our son, daughter in law and her family and our almost one year old granddaughter!

The first two rooms! The fact that there are only two elevators, both in central hallway. a long walk to our room, too far for our very old dog to walk . We carried him or used the luggage cart. just for safety reasons would think there would be at least one more elevator on either end of the building.
