The location is absolutely great! The staff was friendly and helpful!

The light at the bedside was too bright.

This is not a plush or fancy property. It’s a great value for budget conscious travelers.. I had booked a smoking room by mistake. There were no non-smoking rooms available, but Maloo called me on our way there to let me know that she was putting us in a room that had no carpeting and they had placed a room air purifier. The room was freshly newly painted and was clean.I feel she went over and above to accommodate my mistake. I also received a phone call this morning from Maloo advising that I had left my laptop, computer and that the housekeeper had found it, and it was in the office. A family member was still in the area, & was able to pick it up. I feel that the couple that is overseeing this hotel or maybe they are owners, care about their customers. We will definitely rebook it in that beautiful area again.

The mattresses were not comfortable but I never like the mattresses in a hotel.

The manager Malu was excellent!!! Very kind, accommodating and professional. Our room had been updated with newer beds and bedding, TV fridge and an updated bathroom, etc.

The property needs some updating. Some finishing details were lacking. Space around bathroom door knob needs painting and some of the trim was coming off along the bathroom floor. it is an older building in need of freshening up, especially the stairwells need painting and refinishing the steps.

I had a very comfortable stay at the Avenida Hotel. It is very clean, quiet and safe. What makes this place truly stand out is the customer service that is provided here. My experience with Malu, one of the managers, was absolutely lovely. She was so personable and friendly. She went out of her way to accommodate my request for a quiet, non-smoking room. The room itself was newly renovated with a comfortable bed and nice view. Definitely recommend. Thank you so much, Malu!

I've spent alot of time in motels in california and this has been my most pleasant stay yet. I was that surprised after staying in so many grubby motels I actually went back down to reception to thank them for their efforts. The entire place was spotlessly clean. The room was very spacious and well equipped. Everything was easy and the manager was accommodating. This is the standard everyone else should follow.

The fact I didn't find it sooner.

The staff was really great, as well as, the room, however OYO Hotels (the owner of this hotel) is not.

I had to reschedule our trip and cancel a previous reservation and was told the refund would happen within a few business days and it's been 24 days with no refund. After calling a few times they still won't return my money. I would not due business with them again.

The location was wonderful, the hotel was pretty clean(some maintainence going on), and the staff was friendly.

The parking was limited and there was nowhere to put my clothes.

All the showerheads need to be changed very old water comes out, but not a lot pressure ok but not good

Staff is very friendly, clean rooms and a good value

You need to be really careful in the tub, pretty slick. My room was facing El Camino and it would get noisy at times
