The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful, we had arrived early and let us check in straight away. The room was a fully equipped one bed apartment,fridge, hob, combination oven really nice furniture. There was a balcony overlooking the beach, there was a gas bbq, parking was good free.

Main road directly between beach and hotel, however soundproofing was good and we didn't notice it, the bedroom was situated at back of property so heard no traffic sounds.

Staff was awesome. Room was very nice and a great view. On,y issue was being on the top floor…the heat and air conditioning units were on the roof right above rooms and they hummed very very loudly into the room. Trying to sleep with that was alittle difficult.

Such a nice property! The view of the ocean was great. The King suite had a nice balcony BBQ that we used.

Big swimming pool.There is 2 of them one smallest other biggest.2 hot tube .Pool hours till 11 pm which is super convenient. So you have plenty of time after sunset and even dusk go and enjoy your swimming pool and hot tube . Resort has full kitchen with all stuff you need plus bargeque .

The front desk lady Leysly who checked me in meet me with so serious, mad face expression that’s it’s make me feel that I arrived not to my favourite resort but police station.Other workers was extremely friendly)) resort to compare Best western hotel doesn’t have smoking spot which is problem for smokers . Hotel didn’t locate right on the beach to go to the beach you have to cross railroad by stairs which is waking distance like 2 min from hotel Train noise can hear

The staff, from the concierge, to the cleaning staff, to reservations were polite and helpful. Answering my questions, and providing things to make our stay a good one. The location was great as well. Having family in San Diego and Long Beach, having access to the highways was key. The picture in the site were exactly as it was.

Bathroom sink was finicky. Apparently you have to call the activities people & tell them your attending or they won't be there. And only one pool was available, the other was under construction.

2 swimming pool 1 is small other big with nice palm view 2 hot tube hotel offer full kitchen which is super convenient

The hotel is in front of the beach but to get there need cross street by bridge which is wasn’t mentioned in website The front desk lady leysly who checked me in was with so mad face all the time it makes first impression not good . It makes me little upset .Others front desk was super friendly.

Hotel is at good location. Their stuff were very nice and helpful.

Bathroom sink was a little clogged. Only one parking for the guest. We had to park on the street.
