No breakfast offered. Parking is limited and very tight, but some is also on the street outside the building. The room is very spacious.

The motel is old and could use some renovation. The mattress on the bed was pretty soft and worn out.

Charming hotel within walking distance to Downtown and the beach. The bed was comfortable and I liked the space in the shower. Very helpful staff. Free parking a plus

The location was just excellent. It is a 10 minute to the San Clemente pier. Parking at the San Clement pier is difficult to find, so allow more time for this.

the location and it was just one of the few places available to booked for this night being the holiday weekend.

the people up above you can hear them walking back and forward, also kind of smell like humidity and the mattress seems old made a lot of noise while trying to sleep.

very convenient location, close enough to San Juan Capistrano. I loved the parking is in garage floor, so my car is safe and if it’s raining, you are not unpacking in the rain.

can’t say anything about this, maybe just if they can become pet friendly, so I can bring my Maltipoo for my next stay.

Nothing in particular I didn't like parking was directly under the hotel in the garage witch seemed appropriate for the location.

Very easy to get to and close to Our venue. Rooms were extremely clean

Was quaint and peaceful and staff was extremely friendly and accommodating

Front desk staff was wonderful and upgraded me to a king suite at no additional charge. The property was very nice.

the room was good size queen room. it was quiet. the property manager was eager to help, and made things easy for us.

the beds were lumpy, and squeaked. the parking spaces were small, and difficult for my van to get into
