No breakfast was served??? Thank so much we had the best stay your bed and pillows felt like heaven... I wanted to stay longer but unfortunately there's that darn thing called work! The view thru the French Doors while sitting in bed is absolutely breathtaking! And the shower!!!! I know it's a weird thing to talk about but the shower was heaven also... the water temperature was perfect... the shower head was high (that's so awesome for a tall person!!!) and the water pressure was fantastic! I took a 45 minute shower... it was the best! I will definitely recommend your place to everyone I know and we will Definitely be back again!! 2 questions please!!!! I forgot to look myself but can you pleaseee tell me what kind of mattress that is in room 2 and the name of those pillows... I desperately need both in my life!!! Thank you for everything!!! 🌹🌹

The view from your balcony… but the bed and shower made up for that!!

The owners of this property have paid attention to every detail and are committed to their guest’s satisfaction. It was clean and comfortable and had lots of extras that made our stay enjoyable- including a sound machine to cut through any possible road noise! A lovely private outdoor patio and a shared outdoor dining area with bbq.

Gorgeous spot in San Clemente! More of a B&B feel, the owners take great pride in their gorgeous hotel and make you feel right at home. We enjoyed meeting the owners and learning about their new hotel, which they built from the ground up. Rooms are thoughtfully and beautifully appointed. Sparkling clean and comfy beds with all of the amenities one would expect from a luxury hotel. Thanks for such a memorable stay at North Beach Villa.

The room was lovely and well-equipped with amenities which made the stay even more comfortable. The view from the deck was nice and the surrounding area is filled with great shops and restaurants.

Street traffic was a wee bit loud, but nothing a comfy bed and earplugs couldn’t remedy.

Fantastic hotel with off street parking. Sammy was super helpful and even gave us a small gift as we were celebrating our honeymoon. Would recommend!

A really relaxing stay with the surroundings of well thought out tech mood lighting remote curtains to improve privacy the ocean view to the fountain villa entrance while having a bar in the event to entertain your guests with a flat screen the exceptionally comforting bed etc etc etc "Swank" is my perception .. This is a small boutique hotel with upscale decor in a great location. It is easily accessible with a short walking distance to the beach. A pre check-in text from the owner gave a clear descriptions of the check-in process and parking

A little traffic noise during the day but not too loud

Very comfortable room in a great location. The Villa feels like a hotel but without the lobby and crowd and no weirdness of an Airbnb. Very intimate. Hosts were very helpful but also invisible.

Eric was great, so easy to deal with, check in was a breeze. The property was so comfortable and clean. Even though it is on a busy street, the traffic noise wasn’t a problem - didn’t notice it at all.
