This hotel is not new, but it's charm and beachy oceanfront Vibe is all that matters. We absolutely LOVE this hotel. The area is amazing. Be prepared to sit back, relax and take in the view. Planning our next trip already. Honeymooned there 24 years ago and it's still fabulous!!!

The only thing we are not fond of is the stairs. Thats it. The rest is awesome.

That the maids were literally laying on the bed in the room across us while cleaning it. Why would maids use the room to eat and then make the bed then lay on it. It clean or was. And these maids aren’t quiet or respectful to your guest. I came this day bec I booked same day I stayed the first night the week before and then couldn’t get a refund bec there are no refunds but would have after the first stay and being woke up at 6;30am.

Staff was all super friendly and super helpful. Room had a beautiful ocean view with the best proximity to the train station, beach, and a variety of restaurants!! Truly couldn’t have been better

Room could use some upgrades like new paint or modernizing but it was very clean!

The location is perfect across the beach. Parking garage is also very convenient especially how crowded the area can be during the afternoon. Room was also very clean with an upgraded bathroom.

You will not get cell reception at your room. The wifi is very bad especially when you laid down in your bed.

Location was fantastic. Enjoyed the balcony, had a great view of beach and pier. Even though it was a shared balcony, there was plenty of space to share and we were usually the only one out there.

No complaints

The room was a great size and layout, felt comfortable.

Maintenance issues of paint touchup on all wood trim and bathroom door; as well as large plaster chips on the largest window sill. Need chest of drawers and hanging area for clothing in Casida Clemente room. Gate lock needs adjustment so it doesn't take several minutes of wiggling the key, and multiple tries to unlock it.

The young lady who handled me at the front desk was amazing. i wish I could remember her name. She put me on the floor. So I didn't have to walk the stairs with my arthritis. And let me. Have an early check-in.

Fantastic location! Room was clean and well appointed. Bed was really comfortable. The room looked like it had a recent renovation. Staff was really friendly.

Bath/shower towels were really small and thin…not a deal breaker though.

View and proximity to beach and restaurants. Very comfortable bed.

The small table on the balcony was extremely dirty/dusty. Didn't realize the trains across the street ran throughout the night, waking us up often.
