I loved the faded grandeur quality of this place. Yes it is an older building and yes it needs renovation, but it is full of charm and for the price paid I had a beautiful room with a top notch view of the old town. What can I ask more. If the hotel was modern and new it would have cost many times more without adding more to the whole experience. The receptionist lady was so sweet and gentle too, unfortunately I didn't take note of her name.

Hotel location very strategic. Just walking distance with the attraction place, food places like cendol kampung hulu and the historical buildings A Famosa. Also have their own parking.

In certain level, they don't have iron in the room. They provide the iron at specific room then you have to go that room for ironing. And no fridge also but not a big deal for me.

Location was very good. Close to the Cruise, river, 4 minutes from the Masjid, Good rooms, I paid RM200 for this room which is a good price comparing to other hotels during the same holiday period. I know it could be way cheaper during normal days..

I did not like the loud music in the hallway which is un-necessary... I felt the check-in process was a little slow... I think it took them 30 minutes to finish 4 customers check-in registration... I am not sure if this is considered to be slow or fast, but I thought I would write it anyways for the sake of improvement feedback...

The room is very clean, Water preasure is good. Aircond is perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The security was very friendly and approachable too. Location is good. Walking distance to Makan Avenue and many food stalls across the flyover.. There are 2 walking distance shopping mall,..

Just got to moderate expectations. Its a 2-3 star hotel.

I love the river view, also the sea view from the far.. and the ship. The location also very strategic and easy to get food. Beside hotel there have a food stalls and nice to lepak there. Just walking distance to uptown pasar bundle.

Furniture and carpet quite old but that not a big deal. Just ok. Bed ok toilet ok tv ok.. overall ok

The aircond was not working during my checkin,but ive requested to change the room and the staff were very cooperative. Love them!!

Very good location, right on the riverbank and walks. Staff courteous and helpful. We were able leave the luggage and go out before check in. Room is comfortable. Staff brought a kettle when requested to make tea. Room was clean and comfortable. Aircon was very good.

Carpets on the hallway show age and adversely affect first impression.

Nice river view. Location of hotel is excellence. Walking distance to various attraction places. Close to food area.. Staff is friendly and helpful… Overall, family was happy with the whole trip..thumbs up TF..
