Ocean view when I finally got it. Comfortable beds and lots of room and quiet.

When I got there they had booked me into a cheaper room, not ocean room that I had booked for over $900. After showing proof on what I booked they up my room to the one I booked. Had to get the manager involved. Next time I will have to read the fine print better as the the tax is 15% plus a resort feel that drove the room higher. An expensive stay for 3 nights. Next time I will pay more attention. Bathroom tiles needs a good scrub as they were dirty. A generally a nice stay but I would not go back because of the price.

Beautiful oceanfront location. This is why I pick blue water every year for a family trip

There are now more and more hidden charges you get hit with at checkout which I am so disappointed in, I may not choose blue water in the future. Charged $25 per day parking fee.. we’re already paying top dollar for the resort in the first place, and to make it worse regular beach lot parking down the road is $20 per day! Talk about blue water gauging their own customers! Not to mention a “ WiFi and services fee” … $33 per day even the desk staff woman couldn’t explain that $159 total fee to me! I was not happy.

Beautiful beachfront location, clean rooms, kids activities, friendly staff. The room was cleaned daily. Yarmouth is now my favorite place! Fell in love with Cape Cod and already planning our next vacation! Beach was clean and never felt crowded even in July peak season. During low tide, the ocean was actually calm enough and shallow enough for my kids to play in the water, we saw a few crabs on the beach, kids were thrilled.

The outdoor pool area was really small. Barely enough room to walk around the pool, lounge chairs, and people. Smaller than most backyard pools. Indoor pool was locked and inaccessible our entire stay (late July 2024) NONE of the vending machines worked, walked the entire grounds looking for a soda machine that worked, didn't find one. Same with ice machines, found only one that worked in the guest services building, the only one that worked. Coffee maker in room didn't work either, made one half cup of coffee and stopped working the first day of our stay.

The upgrades done recently were a huge surprise. We typically have a standard double bed room with a bathroom. This stay, we had a whole cottage with a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms. We loved the new look, the location, and the beach is close regardless of what room you’re in.

The new look did come with some disadvantages. It seems like the remodel was done quickly, leaving a few small things that should be fixed. The sliding glass door and the door that you need to use the key with, did not lock properly. The stoves breaker would trip often, so we had to turn it back on a few times for our neighbor and us. The drain for the bathtub was stuck so we couldn’t use that tub as it just filled with water. The dishwasher was never hooked up to a water line so it didn’t work. None of these things prevented us from enjoying our stay, but they should be checked out.

Room was updated, spacious & bed’s were comfortable. They were very accommodating when we requested to add an extra day to our stay at check-in, especially given it was high season too. So very much appreciated for the management & staff’s efforts.

With tile floors throughout the room, we found quite a bit of sand on them when we first got the room. We had to request they re-clean them, which they did. So, unless you request “full cleaning” everyday at the front desk daily, they just will provide a “tidy clean”, which is basically just fresh towels daily. Not my personal preference when on vacation, but I understand it’s a way to keep their costs down.

Housekeeping and parking not included in Booking fees. These “extras” made the per night cost less competitive. would have preferred a bundled price for comparison when booking. Either Booking or property did not make these costs clear.

The beds and the pillows were wonderfull. The staff was excellent.

The bathroom could have been updated. Bottled Water should have been replaced and the room was a it pricey.There could have been more sinage to get to the indoor pool and hot tub as well as the next door resturaunt. There was no ramp to get to the beach.

Easy parking. Friendly staff. Close location to our friend residences. Excellent large screen TV and many channel selections. Great lighting, best anywhere I have ever stayed.

No elevator to second floor. No handles in shower, tub surface very slippery. Dangerous for elderly guests. First resort/hotel I have ever stayed in with no bathroom safety handles. TV remote not user friendly. Cannot select channel number and go directly to it. Must scroll through all the channels until you get the one you want. Room chairs very uncomfortable.

The location and facilities were great. Indoor pools were essential (especially with the rain) and appreciated. Beach views are wonderful! Loved fresh towels daily!

The tub had a hard time draining and the indoor pool in my building wasn’t open so had to walk in rain to a new building but that is mostly just timing.
