Everything! The staff provided the most amazing service from the second we walked through the door we were treated like Royalty! The Global Guest relations manager Katerina showed us around the hotel and took us up to our room, she is an absolute credit to the hotel. The room was beautifully decorated, the fruit platter in the room was stunningly presented. The staff were professional, presented beautifully, kind and considerate and our every need was met. I loved the use of the spa facilities and pool at No. 45 Park Lane, to have those kind of facilities in London where space comes at a premium is outstanding! Truly award winning. The breakfast provided by chef Adam was unforgettable, a truly gifted chef and a lovely chap, as was chef Mario, totally charming and they are both an asset to the Hotel! We dined at Alain Ducasse, and the food was truly worthy of its 3 Michelin Stars, the service was superb, the food subliminal and the attention to detail from Chef De Patron Jean-philippe Blondet was out of this world, he autographed our menus, bearing in my my food preferences and that I had slightly different dishes to my husband, our signed menus reflected the dishes we both had! This is the finest hotel I have ever stayed in and I can’t wait to go back! There are not enough adjectives in the English language to describe how perfect this stay was, a truly unforgettable 50th Birthday for my husband!

Clean and comfortable

- Check in was not like before, it took a longer time - the renewal of bathrooms i did not like as there is no water , before the renewal was much better

What a stunning hotel. Staff were very attentive, friendly and professional. The room was very clean, bright and with a great view of Park Lane. We had our wedding reception here many years ago and had lots of surprises waiting in the room. We got to use the spa facilities at 45 Park Lane and Mary and the staff were amazing. Thank you all for another memorable day. Cant wait to return again.

Beautiful, excellent location next to Hyde Park, comfortable beds/rooms and very helpful staff. You can have breakfast in the grill or behind the main lobby, where high tea is served, which is beautiful. Lots of options on the menu and the food is delicious. Restaurant’s inside the hotel are also excellent.

It’s not the Dorchester’s fault but my only slight gripe is the clientele. It’s a lot of generational wealth and the behavior of some of the guests is off putting. But it does make for fun people watching. 😂 Again, this isn’t the hotel’s fault, just an observation.

Every detail, from the exquisite linens to the state-of-the-art amenities, was meticulously curated. Beyond the luxurious accommodations, The Dorchester offers a plethora of world-class dining experiences. We indulged in afternoon tea at The Promenade, a truly delightful affair with delicate finger sandwiches, freshly baked scones, and an array of delectable pastries. The ambiance was simply enchanting, with live piano music setting the perfect tone. The hotel's prime location, just steps away from Hyde Park, provided easy access to some of London's most iconic attractions. However, we found ourselves reluctant to leave the comfort of The Dorchester, as it offered everything we could desire.

- The beds were very comfortable - Very welcoming staff - Smooth check in and check out - Exceptional service at the promenade, specially Marwa - Electric toilet seats (with water) - Room service food - Attention to details, even with minor hiccups that we dint complain about, management recognized and offered a kind gift

- GYM within Dorchester is not good and needs to be changed - Commuting to the GYM in 45 parklane is bothersome, and lack of proper spa facilities within the main building.

Hands down the best hotel we have ever had the privilege to stay in. From the genuine warm welcome on arrival., the initial orientation tour from the reception staff, the delightfully wonderful hosteses of the dining facilities, to the wait staff and everything in bewteen, we have nothing but praise! The food was wonderful and are still feeling fulll from that delightful afternoon tea. Thank you to all who helped make our stay so memorable. Thoroughly recommended this hotel for anyone visiting London. We will be back!!

This hotel is exceptional.

The absolutely attention to detail, the staff from the minute we arrived to be greated by the concierge to the waiting staff and generally everyone in between, nothing was an issue and were made to feel absolutely special. Due to confirming that a family member worked in the hotel many years ago, we were treated to a few additional gifts that went above and beyond our expectations and made our stay even more so amazing…. Just an amazing stay

That our trip ended!

I liked how the staff were helpful and attentive even though they were semi full. But that is expected when something is very expensive.

I didn't like my room at first. It was too deep inside. Then the staff kindly helped me and changed my room and upgraded because of others were full. Even their "negative" turned out to be positive.

Amazing. We used to live by London so never needed to stay over, now we have moved further out we stayed overnight with our newborn (2 month old) daughter. The staff, facilities and hotel itself were outstanding. Of course the location in Mayfair and Hyde Park are as good as it gets. Hotel staff were very accommodating of our new born and when we needed flexibility with hours/ check out. Highly recommend using the valet if you are driving in - made the trip far easier and excellent service.
