Overall Fantastic experience staying here! From the complimentary upgrade( thank you so much for the sea view) to the sweet birthday note & chocolate they left for my boyfriend for his birthday. He loved it! Check in was a breeze. Hotel is beautiful, king room with balcony & sea view is huge & just everything you need or could think of! Love the charging station, comfy bed & robes & great shower & outstanding view! Amenities like fresh chocolate chip cookies was divine & the heated pool & sauna were just thee best! We used the bikes si lovely to have! Breakfast was delicious & complimentary mimosa was a hit! Wonderful location to everything & great places like George’s, Manauteck oyster bar, Spain of Naragansett, & coast guard house in Naragansett! We the facilities are immaculate & the roof top is awesome to have! What a view & fabulous place to stay! Staff was beyond friendly , professional & over the top nice! We will be back!

Absolutely nothing! Wish it was cheaper but that’s it!

We got in late. No one was at the check in desk, but an envelope was left taped to the door with all instructions and information needed. We were sorry we arrived late and didn't get a chance to take advantage of the amenities-especially the pool and rooftop lounge-which both looked so inviting. There was a restaurant in the hotel offering guests 25% off their entire check for breakfast (which included lobster benedict as an option!). Our room was clean, bright and very comfortable!

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and nice, especially Shelly. They took the time to call to check on us when we hadn't arrive by 8pm. They made sure we had everything we needed and were so friendly all the time. The hotel is lovely and we had a nice view of the ocean. Breakfast was very nice and we were very happy at this hotel. Definitely will try to stay here again! Best hotel experience in Narragansett the past 3 years.

Front desk staff and an amazing cleaning lady Victoria, from Romania. Personable , respectful, efficient and caring about her guests. The warm salt water.pool, food, beautiful room. Surprise! freshly baked warm cookies in the early evening. Water machine and ice pre-bagged. No dirty ice machine.

Mini fridge on the fritz. They did get it working somewhat and didn’t have a replacement. I needed my own ice packs for my broken knee. and a place to keep my leftovers. The manager and front desk assured me that I could use the freezer and fridge in the hallway.

Very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated room and common areas. Very nice pool with floating mats and noodles, the cleanest hotel pool we have ever used. Combo rain/regular shower heads with great water pressure and heated bathroom floors. Appreciated the extra knit blanket as I am always cold at night.

Would have liked both the pool and the rooftop dining to be open later (9:00 for both).

The extra touches / amenities (fireplace, balcony, cookies, spa robes, coffee machine in room) were appreciated! We loved the decor! The location (although off the beaten path) was just what we were looking for! The ocean and beach close by made for a relaxing stay. The bar and service was great!

Some of the surrounding businesses were closed (off season), restaurant was under renovation, breakfast was fine for me but my husband would have enjoyed something more substantial.

This was a great getaway! Easily the nicest hotel we stayed in at a reasonable off-season rate. They have a heated out door pool and adjacent sauna open all year and a great in-house restaurant and they serve a nice, very well done complimentary breakfast. Gas fireplaces everywhere, including the rooms, was a nice touch. The decor is a little 1950s/60s retro with a seaside vibe, but done very tastefully. We will most definitely go back some day.

No complaints at all. It came exactly as advertised and then some.

Pricey, and for that price breakfast should have been included, not attractive view of street from Sour hotel room.Pool was nice but heated not necessary in this hot weather, pillows big ,

The room was very nice. The faucets were a little damaged in the room, but still functional. The only thing I think that would have made it better was a longer stay. :-) I like the treats left in the hallway.

The breakfast was ok, but it came out cold. Obvious that it was all premade but it was not kept warm or hot enough. I would be concerned about food poisoning besides the fact that nobody likes a cold meal. But staff was fantastic.

It was gorgeous, clean, had a rooftop dining area with view of the ocean and was very close to the beach. The heated pool was the best!

The restaurant wasn’t open when I stayed there on Sunday however, I got takeout food from a restaurant nearby and got to eat quietly up on the rooftop which was amazing!
