Amazing service by the staff. From the moment you enter, until you leave, you are treated with the best service. Also highlighting Lulu and Lucky for the exceptional service. The rooms were nice and spacious. The breakfast was also lovely. We also got a complimentary upgrade to a much larger room, making our honeymoon even more special

The only let down which is not the property’s fault is the whole monkey business in the area. They made the stay a little uncomfortable as someone who is scared of monkeys but besides that, there’s absolutely nothing I didn’t like.

Staff were excellent and very helpful. Food was amazing

House keeping was a bit of an issue. One of the house keeping staff had a full on argument in the corridor with another guest.She was wrong and he was upset with her. This argument should not have happened in front of my children. The staff member was very unprofessional. The room cleaning efforts were very poor. Detergents were smeared on taps in the shower and basin and left for me to wash off. The water from the toilet brush was all over the floor and toilet seat. Very unhygienic.

Loved the rooms, the facilities and the attentiveness of staff.

The only unfortunate cloud on our stay was the misguided decision of management to blast music from the pool area all day long. On one of the days, the noise from the DJ was so unbearable we had to complain to management. The music eventually stopped, but I suspect it was mainly because my complaint coincided with the end of the DJs set. Guys, bear in mind that if the music can be heard in the rooms of a hotel, with the windows closed, then there's something wrong with the "formula". People shouldn't have to complain to get the noise turned down.

Room, breakfast but the restaurant is very nosiy, property as such is well kept and in good condition, cleaning staff was excellent.

I think the Capital should think if a guest needs a smart phone to find out what services are offered. I know paperless is important but one could show and tell when switching on the TV about services like gym or spa and have a folder in the room. Not even at check in we were informed about the gym or spa. No when we went back after we found out what the prices are for the spa treatments.

Very beautiful location with great views from the restaurants. Comfortable, clean, large room and bed with lovely pillows. The staff are very efficient and friendly. Love that there is a small kitchenette to reheat take out or room service. Room service was also very quick and runs 24hours. Great pizza!

The room was strangely and sometimes uncomfortably cold even when trying to turn the aircon temperature up. They offered us to bring a heater, though. A few small details like the edging on the shower door and the condition of the curtains could be maintained better. But otherwise a lovely overall experience

The breakfast was overpriced and under delivered. Honestly, it must have been the busiest day of the week. It was almost impossible to get coffee and/or tea. I asked for water, but was told that I have to pay for it. Mind you, the breakfast for 2 people (myself and my 12 year old daughter) was R600. To put this into context, we had dinner at the Fire Room the night before and our bill came to R800 (with alcohol). There was no way on earth that either of us could eat R600 worth of breakfast. We had a few things from the buffet, but honestly the quality was not great and I was not really blown away by the variety. Overall, I would not recommend the breakfast as it was overpriced.

How busy it was on a Saturday. There are no shops close by (I was sick and needed to get to a chemist). I took a taxi to the restor and there were no clear indications of which gate to access the resort (there are multiple). Communication on this front could have been much better.

Breakfast was spectacular. Room was super especially the pillows (give me your supplier). Staff were superb The reception and front desk staff are fabulous.. I love them.. one lady in particular was so helpful and i'm going to mess up her name but she needs to be thanked.. Her name begins with an L and helped so much when we left something behind yesterday

The waitress at the restaurant on the 1st floor. She didnt get the order right at all. Forgot one item and got one other item totally wrong. When we went back to the restaurant she didnt come to speak to us at all but sent someone else. Something like that puts a negative on all the other wonderful experiences

The breakfast is very good plenty of dishes. The Service in general is good. The hotel room is spacious and well serviced; the bed us very comfortable. The location is very good, with access to the beach and close to Balito

The hotel was almost full and the areas around the pool are too crowded and dirty. It looks more like a cheap hotel. If you go in the morning to any pool area, it is mega dirty with plastic, bottles and food from the night before everywhere (specially the club area). Common areas are not cleaned at closing time but rather in the mid morning. Not nice. Dirt from common areas are cleaned with a wind machine that contaminates and pollutes and barely cleans. Don't you have brooms? The transfer to the valley of pools start too late, at the time you get there, most sunbeds are taken

The price for the Christmas dinner and the Christmas lunch was ridiculous. The dinner was not up to standard, and the beef was so tough that the guests around us made jokes about it. The vegetables and potatoes were cold and not a pleasure to eat! The deserts were by far not up to standard. The lunch was better although the beef was still tough. The variation was good. The price was not justifiable at all. And to charge an extra R42 for a Coke after the price of R2350 was a rip-off.

Firstly when i got there the receptionist was very rude to me i asked to look into my stay that it include breakfast and she said no your stay does not include breakfast and u have to pay for dinner before u check in……Haibo she was so rude my stay when i booked it included breakfast and when i got there they said there was no breakfast in my stay and did not budget for breakfast bcos i knew it was included….. i was very disappointed
