Very nice an comfortable room with all the extras one would expect from a 4* establishment. Good size shower, plenty of hot water, very comfortable bed. We stayed there for the 2nd time now and will go back there. Very safe and quiet neighbourhood. They even put on the heater before we arrived, which make a difference to arriving in an ice-cold room.

The bread options at breakfast were a bit limited. Only toast (white and brown), no sourdough or health bread.

The staff were rather rude, nosy and cheeky.

Tasty breakfast friendly and helpful staff member that went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. Day time staff member was informative, friendly and helped me by always been 1 step ahead. She was also genuinely friendly I felt like I was dealing with US a grade customer service in Florida. So refreshing to have that here.

Frances allowed me to enter the premises around 4am, after I made the drive from Port Elizabeth. She looked after me and accommodated me during a very stressful time. She allowed me to sleep a few extra hours before making the trip back the next day. Great breakfast. Clean room, everything was great. Just pointing out the immense kindness from Frances. Thank you!

We were in a room near the pool, the door could stay open an no privacy was sacrificed. The property is in a cul-de-sac and real quite and peaceful. The staff was very pleasant and friendly, and a tasty breakfast was on time every morning with freshly brewed coffee. We were directed to real good restaurants for dinner and enjoyed the scenery.

Had to get used to getting into the parking area and out again, but once that was mastered the coming and going was effortless.

The hostess Francis is lovely! The room was VERY clean. We enjoyed our stay. The neighbourhood is quiet and very pretty

Breakfast wasn't great. The continental options were very limited. The cooked breakfast, however, was extensive. Francis is a terrific host. She's very helpful and friendly.

The rooms are neat and tidy, Francis is a darling and the location is so peaceful. It is close to shopping centre and restaurants and the US Consulate. The kids loved the pool and the breakfast was delicious.

Great location and helpful friendly staff. Frank made excellent breakfasts and Frances was replete with ideas and suggestions for places to go and things to do. Would definitely consider staying there again

No aircon in rooms which in mid December made for quite uncomfortable sleeping - fan was provided but really not strong enough. Also quite restrictive breakfast times - kitchen closed at 9am due to staff issues/shortages
