This is quite a special place , with a lovely couple living on site to give you space but help whoever you need it . Great pool kept v clean and lovely aspect to rooms , privacy , airy and clean Being in Constantia it feels a v safe area with lots of top restaurants nearby nestled behind table mountain Good Tv too ( best out of 5 properties we stayed at with Netflix/ prime / Disney

The staff at the guesthouse were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the 1 bedroom cottage which had a lovely private patio looking onto the garden with beautiful and unusual plants. The pond also had koi. The pool was only about 30 feet from the patio. We had all the amenities that we needed and a fully functioning kitchen. It was in a quiet suburban street and was great for chilling out. We chose to have the guesthouse breakfast which was lovely and cooked to order. We didn't have a car but you could get an Uber easily. There was ample parking at the guesthouse. Shopping malls were only about 5-10 minutes drive away and beautiful restaurants nearby. The Greenhouse restaurant at the Hohenhort was fantastic and would advise going early (about 6pmish) as the grounds are gorgeous. I would definitely stay here again.

It’s in a beautiful location and the place looks better than the pictures. Rooms overlook the pool and are beautifully decorated. The combination of a pool surrounded by a garden surrounded by mountains is simply stunning. The owners and staff could not have been more wonderful.

Summit Place was really great! It was the first place we stayed out when we arrived in Cape Town and we weren't disappointed. The room were great with fantastic view on the pool. The view around the property was also breathtaking. We also really enjoyed chatting with the owners who gave us some amazing tips - they were brilliant, always there but always respectful of our privacy. The only downside I'd say is that it's quite far from Camps bay and Cape town central (Cape Town is way bigger than we anticipated) but it also had his charm as we enjoyed a bit more of a natural part of the city - and after all it's only 25 min cab away and the cab are cheap. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend!

This was our second time in Summit Place and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time! We felt very warm welcomed again and really enjoyed our time there. The rooms are spacious and equipped with everything needed. We particularly liked the lovely large garden and the comfortable loungers by the pool - perfect for relaxing in between. We would love to come back!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, I felt a warm welcome when arriving. The room was gorgeous and comfortable, with a view of the garden and mountains. It was equipped with everything you could need. The Constantia area is of course lovely and feels very safe.

I’ve stayed at Summit Place before, and again it didn’t disappoint. Though it’s a Guest House, it feels more like a boutique hotel. Rooms are very clean and stylishly designed, great breakfast. For me the top point is the staff there, nothing is too much and super friendly. Now back in the UK in the cold 🥶🥶. Am definitely going to book again when I return to Cape Town..

Location is excellent. Facilities are also very good. Good atmosphere. Peaceful and quiet place. They have 2 excellent dogs- Hulk & Hogan who make the place exceptional. Very polite staff and very accomodating.

What a welcome and a fabulous property. From the minute you arrive it feels like home and by the time we left it was home. We ended up staying 5 times on our 2 month holiday as it was the best. The team are amazing and would highly recommended.
