Breakfast was great! We stayed here because my husband had an operation at Constantia Berg Mediclinic hospital. I would like to see this place recommended for people who have to see a doctor or have an operation at MediClinic Constantia Berg. Its like 10-15mins away - its such an easy drive to travel from here to the hospital. The staff were sooo friendly - I especially want to commend the young lady at reception. Nothing is too much effort and she was so helpful.

That we have to leave! It has been a difficult time for us with the operation but we have been treated very well .. we would recommend this place to anyone needing accommodation in Cape Town - especially if needing to be near Constantia Berg Hospital.

Sarnia is a wonderful, gracious and incredibly helpful hostess. The Guesthouse is comprised of spacious, secure, self-catering units with easy access and private entrances. They are very comfortable and it is centrally located. My unit was cleaned every day and had complimentary toiletries and a vanity sachet with shower cap and cotton buds. I really appreciated the vanity sachet as not every Guesthouse does it and it is so easy to leave behind a shower cap. A very good experience overall and it have me the independence to come and go as I pleased.

The staff went above and beyond to help make my stay comfortable. Even when some things I requested for were not part of their duty, they still joyfully got it done for me. Special shout out to Talisa. She especially did everything possible to make my stay comfortable, and help me get my passport back. I will definitely stay here the next time I’m in Cape Town. Kudos!

It’s well designed, spacious and the rooms have everything you’d expect from a high star hotel. It exceeded my expectations. The breakfast in the morning was awesome! Staff are extremely friendly, WiFi worked without hassles. You can hear loud knocks from other guests but other than that, I didn’t notice anyone else being at the property.

Had a minor issue with the card machine and I doubled payed BUT the issue was resolved the very next day, with efficiency and urgency.

Nice place, we enjoyed our stay, we loved the rooms, cleanliness and we felt safe, the environment and proximity to nice shops and restaurants.

The sink in the kitchenette didn't work and the lady we asked gladly told us to use bathroom water. Luckily we didn't need to use a lot of dishes because we ate out. But taking plates and cups/glasses to wash in the bath is something I am personally uncomfortable with and unexpected in a nice place like that. I would still give it a 5 star but that small thing shouldn't be allowed to happen.

Everyone was very friendly. The apartment was also very spacious. And very fast WiFi which was great as I needed it to work.

The check could have been smoother as they couldn’t find my key and the remote on my key didn’t work for the gate. The bed is a bit dated, could do with a new mattress. But the stay overall was good these are really minor things.

The only reason I would probably not book there again is the fact that there was no TV in the lounge. When traveller's of our age want to chill in the afternoon and watch a movie while we having a cup of tea and snacks we don't want to have to go into the bedroom. The TV's were only in the bedrooms which is also great but need one in the lounge too.

The property was extremely clean and stunning. The photos really dont do this place justice. The staff welcomed you with a smile. The room was amazing with a really comfortable bed and linen. The breakfast was delish too. Perfect stay for those on business and if you plan to go as a family its perfect too.

The place is beautiful and very comfortable and inviting.

Only had flavored filter coffee! Smelt like caramel. So we had instant coffee. And would have preferred plain thicker yoghurt - only had sweetened runny yoghurts. But lovely omelets and English breakfasts and fruit and crumpets!! Staff were very good.

Very nicely decorated and the electric blankets definitely helped us keep warm during our rainy stay.

We battled to find a place where we could sit and have our coffee and smokes in the morning. There were tables and chairs outside but no cover
