Beautiful location in leafy green Constantia, with easy access to the M3 and in proximity to the Constantia wine estates. We booked the apartment, which was very spacious and clean. It was a bit chilly for swimming, but the pool looked inviting. Tennis rackets and balls were made available for use on the tennis court. The hotel itself was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Staff Koko, Mary and Gladys were very friendly and accommodating. Gladys cooked us a delicious English Breakfast every day to our exact requests. Manager Lee kindly offered us a late check out, free of charge, as we had a late flight back to Europe.

My only real complaint was that there were several changes in floor level - no fewer than four between the bedroom and bathroom, which made late night toilet breaks a bit challenging. Possibly unsuitable for elderly guests. Bathroom décor perhaps a bit dated, but fully functional. Finally, while it was not an issue for us, be aware that there is very little privacy in the bedrooms, as the sliding screen doors separating the bedrooms from the lounge are more ornamental than functional and have large holes that you can see through. Also, in bedroom 2 there is a large gap above the gas fireplace (which no longer appears to be functional) so it is completely exposed to the lounge. I don't think the apartment would be suitable for unrelated guests or couples.

It was a wonderful stay! The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all conveniences—even a coffee bean machine. The grounds were well maintained, with neatly trimmed grass and everything freshly painted. The staff served with a genuine smile, and the breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of choices, including a freshly cooked egg made to order. On the day of checkout, we were allowed to stay in the room without any issues until it was time to head to the airport

The staff were amazing. They made us feel at home and created a relaxed environment. The rooms were turned daily and not too early, which was great when wanting to sleep in. The kids had so much fun in the pool and playing tennis. A real home away from home place.

The family room was a bit stuffy, with condensation as the evenings gets cooler, but there is a heatpump to compensate for that.

Quiet relaxing stay in this boutique residence. Situated in quiet area but close enough to travel to local wineries. Car essential but Ubers readily available if needed. Nice pool area and well stocked honesty bar available. Excellent breakfast with good continental selection and freshly cooked options made to order by chef.

Loungers by the pool not the most comfortable. Problem with no TV signal during our 2 day stay which was unable to be fixed.

We had a truly wonderful stay here. Beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable rooms with a great view of the Constantia Mountains. The bathrooms are modern and spacious. The modern egg-shaped bath, is a must. The swimming pool is surrounded with relaxing chairs and umbrellas. Lots of shady places to relax. The breakfasts are with personal attention, catering for every wish. The breakfast selection is amazing. Just such a nice relaxing, and safe atmosphere. Staff is knowledgeable, helpful and so friendly. We even had a massage here, which was very professionally done. Parking is inside the hotel property and safe. Would highly recommend this hotel for staying in Cape Town. The location is very central to Cape Town and close to the highway. Pure luxury for a good price-performance ratio. Professionally run and with a high-quality service.

The overall experience was oversold in the booking.com advertisement. I felt it was a glorious bed and breakfast venue perhaps more suited to business customers than paying tourists.

Friendly and efficient service. You are treated as a valued guest and offered attention or peace as you prefer. The rooms are spacious and quiet as well as comfortable. Everything one needs is in the room. Nice, peaceful and enjoyable setting on the stoep and looking at the pool and backdrop. Breakfast was very good.

The only minor is that for working from within the room, plugs are perhaps hard to reach. Plan an extension cord, or perhaps the reception may have one at hand if needed.

Breakfast was great & freshly cooked. Poached eggs were a delight just as I like them. Lovely gardens, pool a bit cold but refreshing good. Nothing was unavailable from the manager even providing the Chardonnay wine which was not standard. On our visit to South Africa we will definitely book again. Staff very pleasant and the beds very comfortable.

There was nothing we could criticise in the hotel.

Breakfast was good, just a little on the slow side, when it comes to the eggs which are being prepared individually. Property is relatively small, i.e. a boutique hotel. The pool was clean and our bedroom for 4 persons was huge same as the bathroom

It is a bit off the beaten track, i.e. you need a car. As mentioned above breakfast was a bit slow, but then again, what are you on vacation for.
