Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Went out of their way to assist if we needed some help. The restaurant - waiters was also very friendly and assisted changes if needed. Food was very nice and affordable.

The parking is a bit crowded and struggle if you drive a bakkie size vehicle. You had to park behind each other and had to ask reception to phone other vehicle to move. But never the less, the vehicle was moved quickly.

Every single thing, from extremely well run management in Juanette Lee, and her exceptional waitrons who are the best trained and attentive I have ever had the pleasure to be served by! The food selection is truly amazing and such incredible value, taste, for money!! The history of the building, furniture etc is staggering, and so enjoyable to take it all in.

This was one of the most unexpected surprises in my years of travel - truly a delightful place , everything was perfect - the food was outstanding , service excelent , wonderful menu and the reception and waiting staff were just naturally friendly and efficient , no gushing and nobody called me "you guys " !! and the overall condition of the hotel was superb - the dining area particualrly was beautiful , classic and tasteful - don t ever change anything ! I loved this place.

I booked for my brother, who was at the doctor for his check-up. He went to the hotel without proof of booking confirmation, and the guy who was helping him was so patient, and I had to send a confirmation code via Whatsapp, and my brother was helped. The other thing was they payment issue. I thought it went through the same time when selecting payment options. The lady who was on duty Sunday the 29th dealt professionally with us. I really salute her.

Cleanliness and the loving and caring front desk

Negligence they fail to reveal their cameras after our taxi was stripped in their front parking. Their security is not satisfactory.

The property is nice and clean

I didn’t like when they say I shouldn’t use my phone and the laptop on the breakfast area if I want to talk with the phone I must leave my food and go outside

Breakfast was very good. The staff went out of their way to make it happen for us. Nothing asked was to much of an effort.

The coffee was very strong.

Nice vibe, bar and breakfast was delicious, vehicle broke down on the way there, was on a public holiday and manager was super helpful to find a mechanic. Well done to the team

Room was a bit smelly, so I had to open all the windows and the door for 30 minutes. Maybe it was a smoking room.

Great value for what I got. Even the restaurants food was fantastic and would recommend it to everyone passing/or staying in Bethlehem.
