This acommodation has excelled our expectations. It was unfortunate that for us it was only a passage, before arriving to Sabi Sands and our game drives. We actually arrived at the property after 8pm, knowing that we would leave at 8am of the next day, and regreting the fact that we wouldn't spend too much time in such a beautiful place. The property as a whole is a little piece of heaven, with it's own small animals - ducks, impalas, chickens, cats, dogs... - wondering around while you have your breakfast (must be reserved in pre-advanced and paid on the check-out), well cooked by the kind staff of the place. The room is beautiful, you can see that each corner was thinked and tried, with a wonderful decoration anywhere you put your eyes on. There is a bedroom/living room, with a bed - and the sheets, the pillows, the blankets - very soft and warm, There is a lot of space for luggage and stuff as well. You will also have a beautiful bathtub and an outdoor shower, a kitchen outside, and a beautiful and cozy wooden table to chill out, if you want. Amazing.

Lovely accommodation in lovely grounds. You could easily spend more than two nights here exploring the offerings in the area. Really handy on the way into or out of Kruger and perfect for Blyde River canyon and Panorama route. Staff were really helpful.

The parking spaces are quite small so if you are in a 4x4 or a larger SUV type vehicle you will probably need to do multiple point turns to get out of the parking spaces and I'm not sure how complicated things might get if all the parking spaces were full.

Quite area. Very friendly staff. Unique accomodation, swimming pool set in a beautiful garden. Views of the mountains are gorgeous. Very close to Jessica the hippo interaction a must do bucket list once in a lifetime experience. Breakfast was really very good.

We were there when it was 43 degrees celcius, although each room had very strong fans it didnt help with the heat. Aircons are recommended. Juice served during breakfast is a cordial, not natural.

We had a lovely private 2 bedroom unit (each with its own entrance) with a self-catering kitchen and open area braai. The outdoor shower is a bonus and big. Linen was fresh and nice fans for the hot days. Lovely gardens and outdoor seating area, big nice dining table. The loveliest of breakfasts in a long time!!! detail such as fresh herbs, and friendly staff presenting you with it and always smiling, will let you return. Lous you are a star!!

The towels could do with replacement. Some wine glasses in the self-catering kitchen would be nice. The access is a bit narrow, especially if you come with a big 4x4. These are minor things, but all in all, a lovely stay at a very good price.

We liked our little cottage. The cottages/houses are well placed in the tranquil green environment, among the trees and grass. Even though it was too cold to get in entirely, we had a nice moment chilling next to the pool and dipping our toes (and leggs) in. We had two great dinners and breakfasts on the terrace of the main building and particularly loved the braai which was taken care of by Louis, who was very welcoming and helpful overall. Big thank you!

The breakfast was great, the staff were very friendly and so welcoming and the location is the best especially if you need some quiet time. Will definitely visit again soon. I’ll be coming back soon because we didn’t have enough time to visit all the activities around HOEDSPRUIT

I loved everything about my stay in little bush lodge and my mini vacation in HOEDSPRUIT

House was clean, staff was very friendly. There was Wifi, but only outside of the house as the signal was not strong enough. The property looks nice and you can park on the premises. The location is a bit off the main road so it's nice and quiet. There's a small shop, a gas station and some restaurants in town, but you probably have to get in your car to get there (I guess 15-20min walk).

For some reason they added an extra foam layer on top of the mattress which made the bed a bit weird to sleep in (unless you prefer super soft beds). Shower was in a separate house. If you want to use the kitchen make sure to bring some basics like a sponge, a dry rag, and dish soap as we didn't see any.

A beautiful hidden location. The rooms are spacious with a comfortable and large bed. The kitchenettes are well equipped and provide what you need to make meals yourself. The garden is well maintained, peaceful, and beautiful. The pool is relatively small but feels like a small tropical pool in the bush. We experienced quietness and privacy during our stay.

Nice little place hidden in the bush. Susan welcomed us and we enjoyed the chat next to the bbq. Everything was well organised, it felt very private and we had a lovely braai dinner and Louis was very kind and helpful! We even got an Upgrade on the room!

We enjoyed our one night there! The Lodge is in the middle of nature, so there were some tiny insects in the house - but that‘s normal :-)

1. Best place for family outing with calm place surrounded by bush for best photography 2. Rooms are clean and kitchen is equipped with all utensils 3. Staff well explained the facilities and gave a contact for any emergency 4. Mainly, we have very fast internet WIFI without any interruption despite its location
