The place was very clean, I could not expect more in that regard. Staff were good and it was a real nice atmosphere.

Not really the hotels fault as I did not read the fine print, but you cannot drink alcohol on the premises and there was not really a smoking area, so sadly I had to go out. Had I know I sadly would not have booked, but only after I had booked did I see this note, sadly I could not cancel as that is the policy. Its not a moan, and should not detract from the property. BUT, this should be made a lot clearer on bookings.com I do however respect the properties rules

Excellent family unit with two big bedrooms and one smaller, two good bathrooms and a practical kitchen. Solid options at the in-house restaurant which also has room service. Good location with secure on-site parking.

The hotel informed us they have no gluten-free options, which could have been a problem for our intolerant child had we not brought our own food.

The rooms are stunningly beautiful, very decent and clean. Modern design decor is just on another level, the stuff is very friendly. I loved everything about the place.

Because it was my 1st time the gate to the entrance is kind of tricky maybe fix that so that it’s clear when you’re traveling with your car on where to go exactly

Breakfast was a huge let down. Would recommend you order in or go to the nearby mall for food. There is a fridge so you can get a few things like fruit and yoghurt and I believe some rooms have a stove so you can cook your own meals. It just wasn't worth it at all.

Your prices were not specific if the breakfast price is included or what I had to pay an extra R170 for breakfast but the location is good nearby from shopping center

I had the apartment. Beautiful and clean.

1.Parking across the road 2. The noise from the cars parking behind the apartment windows is a disturbance at night 3. Quality of the Tv channels. Very blurry and snowy 4. No aircons in the living room..

It was clean and comfortable. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Ocation was also perfect for us.

The entrance at the reception gate is too tight we ended up stuck outside the gate for too long because there was no space for us to drive in.

If you can consider to change the sofas Sell them to pawn shops and buy new ones. Shower tap needs to be changed it does not despenser water as it supposed to.😍
