Very peaceful and I like the fact that it’s private.I really enjoyed my stay.We got lost on the first day but the owner (I think,sounded like an older man) was with us all the way until we found our way to the property which made us to feel more comfortable and safe since it was I was first time being in that area (imagine driving around 11:30pm in an area you not familiar with and getting lost).The reception guy that was on duty on Saturday was a star.

I believe they need new towels,they need fix the aircorn/Heater and also if they can talk to the cleaners to improve their cleaning especially the showers.Other than that,everything was good 😊.

A hidden gem in PMB. Lots of different types of accommodation to choose from, we chose the yatch for the experience and it was amazing, so peaceful and surprisingly spacious for 2 people. The bathroom was on shore not too far away from the yatch and was very clean and even had slippers and gowns. The receptionist was very friendly, they called the day before to check up on the accommodation and even took us for a tour of the yatch to see if we were happy. The restaurant has an amazing setup and vibe and all the meals we had was exceptional. I would definitely recommend Ascot Bush Lodge, even if the yatch is not for you, there's lots of other accommodation

Restaurant was lovely and excellent service, Your reception staff also so friendly and went the extra mile to keep us oldies happy, helped us with Laundry and setting our TV in. Even your Maintenance guy were very helpful fixing my Husbands Belt Thank you 🤗

My Husband is a very tall man and the bed was a bit short, but we made it work, he just curled up a bit😃 Had to get used to the Highway noise, first night it sounded like a Aircon at full speed, but we got used to it

I loved the Service of the Staff,the are very warm welcoming.,The Chef at the kitchen she was very friendly I forgot her Name Give her a Bells🥉🥉This time was even glad that we were served with breakfast hence last time we booked we couldn't get it yet it was also included on my package Environment is so mind relaxing.. Everything was Perfect❤️🥰please Prioritize to switch on aircon b4 Arriving of the guest that would make the Room More cooler n fresh Smelling.. 😊But I Did enjoy the stay definitely coming Back Again.. 😊❤️

The Lodge was such a pleasant surprise... a little bit of peace right in the city. A huge amount of effort has been put in by Claire to add character and interest wherever you look and the Lodge and grounds have been very well maintained by her husband... still developing new and exciting rooms for you to stay in and enjoy. So much detail to the eclectic decor of the main areas, there is so much to look at! A very interesting place to stay and we felt extremely welcome. The staff are very friendly and Douglas made us feel right at home. We will definitely be back and want to stay longer.

The breakfast was good. The accomodation would have scored excellent but for a bit of a hiccup with no hot water to shower they did respond promptly to resolve the problem but our stay was too short to benefit. However they compensated with a free breakfast even with the cold shower the venue was worth every cent

Aside from the glitch where the gas geaser encountered a problem that required a repair we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had the best sleep out of all the places we have stayed at

Everything about the place was amazing and the staff themselves were really friendly and helpful.

So the one thing which I have to mention is that there could have been some lack of communication with staff. I say this because I did upgrade my original booking when I was checking in and I assume some members were not notified because while I was in the room with my fiancé (I'm sure you can assume what was happening) a staff member proceeded to unlock the room door and enter the room while we both were in our complete natural glory. I mean I did shout after I realized what was happening and the staff member had of course gotten a fright and left immediately. Its alittle concerning for that to have happened but also embarrassing to know that my wife and I were spotted while indulging in one another in what we hoped was private.

The beautiful scenery on the property. Great value for money. The food was reasonably priced. Our room was perfectly situated for a private and intimate getaway. The staff was friendly, always available to assist and went above and beyond to making our celebration special.

We waited an unreasonable amount of time for our dinner even though the restaurant wasn't packed.

Fridge is too small, there is a coffee station with cups but no spoons. Pillows needs replacing asap. Ceiling fan would be good then you dont always have to use the aircon. We had cement floors so the carpets kept slipping under our feet. Maybe something under the carpets to keep them in place.

The location was amazing, which we didn't expect in PMB, especially close to the city. Facilities are good. For people staying around PMB, we could recommend it for year-end functions, etc. The rooms are clean and spacious.

The dustbin had not been emptied. There is a leak somewhere on the floor of the bathroom. Please check the source and attend to it.
