The hotel’s location is opposite the entrance to Robberg 5 making easy access for beach walks and days on the beach. Our room which was a suite was large, very comfortable and had two bathrooms which was most conveniant. The hotel serves a lovely breakfast, and also serves lunch and dinner, sundowners etc which is great and means you don’t have to leave the premises if you are feeling lazy. The staff are all amazing. Attentive, efficient and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. They do a turn down service at night and refresh water and biscuits in the room daily which is complimentary. The lounge/ dining areas are tastefully decorated as are the rooms. I would recommended this hotel to both families and couples wanting a comfortable get-a-way in a beautiful location.

There was nothing we did not like.

It was wonderful! From the check-in process, to safe and easy parking, over breakfast with a view and dolphins, afternoon cocktails by the pool, to room service for dinner, staff with ability, knowledge and competence, all wonderful! Especially their ability to address unusual requests and circumstances has to be mentioned. I have rarely been so sad to leave a hotel, and will plan to return! "Once you arrive, you are family."

What I did not like? Just that my stay came to an end. It's a great place to calm down and be pampered.

Everything was absolutely brilliant in every aspect. You feel so well as soon as you enter the premises. F ths i The room was perfect, and the view was out of this world. The meals were exceptional, and the service was impeccable. We had the honour to meet the owner, Mr. Bob Bailey. We often spoke to our friend, the GM Zenzo, and the Vice GM Cornelius and received superb advice from them. The service by the staff members and specifically Siya and Bars, was out of this world. We'll be back to our little paradise in a year again.

Everything was perfect .

The Robberg staff were exceptional. They truly went out of their way to make our family feel special. My young daughters CiCi and Kate were made to feel like family, and it was so wonderful for them to experience what true service is like. Nothing was beyond a simple request, and truly, the staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Thank you to the kitchen staff as well for catering to all our needs.

Great location for relaxing but if the rooms are available get a sea or pool view one. Short drive / taxi ride to shops, restaurants and bars

The parking situation There was a carpark right next to our room but was made to use the one furthest away not really convenient with heavy luggage Also the aircon leaked onto the bed every time it was on soaking the bedding. Not nice being woken up wet too. Staff were informed and did try to help

Lovely position overlooking the ocean. Our suite was nicely designed with comfortable seating as well as a comfortable bed. A small balcony was a welcome addition and we watched a school of dolphins swim past on both mornings we stayed. Staff are considerate and helpful. Big shout out to Armstrong whose warmth and huge smile lit up the room. Food was really good - both b’fast (best bacon and gluten free bread) and evening meal was delightful.

Steps up to the main front! However help with cases was readily available.

The location is ideal . The views are spectacular . The staff are on the ball , friendly and very pleasant. Just an all round perfect venue for a short stay. The deck area is amazing, having breakfast on the deck with the views is just incredible.

Entering the property at the back which is very quite and a bit risky. The room was recently painted and the toxic fumes were a problem.

Everything! This was the highlight of our trip to South Africa. The guest house is in a fabulous location- right at the waterfront. We had amazing views of the whales and dolphins each morning at breakfast. The breakfast was delicious, as was the dinner. We ate there twice during our four night stay! The staff here are amazing. They are so friendly and cheerful and go out of their way to help you. Pila checked us in and also served us during our 2 nights in the restaurant. She is such a sweetheart and we really loved having her serve us. Zulu was also such a breath of fresh air and was always smiling! Thank you for an amazing stay in Plett!

The Wi-Fi was a little patchy.

The view was extraordinary, you can't help but stare at the sea from the dinning room for a long long time! Recommend to book with breakfast, the food is good and you can have it in front of the sea. Safe parking, all gated and well lit. All the staff that we interacted with were always very nice and always happy to help - service on breakfast, booked us a table in a local restaurante, tips for the area and everything you can imagine. We know the country suffers with scheduled power cuts, but it was great that the hotel had a generator, so we had eletricity at all times. Amazing place, highly recommend and hope to be back very very soon!

Amazing sea view and a great room which was perfect for four of us. Breakfast was very good and it was wonderful to sit and having a morning coffee with views of Robberg Beach.

Nothing. We didn’t eat dinner there because the menu felt a little traditional and expensive for Plett but we can’t really comment and didn’t try it.
