We were greeted ny Bruno. He was fantastic. Very helpful . Since we got very early on the property we should wait around 6 hours for our check in. Bruno helped us offering a different room that could accommodate us earlier. He also gave all instructions needed and assist us in every single request. Fantastic Service! Im definitely coming back.

Gym is very small not many equipments Room service food had no taste, I requested salt , pepper and parmesan cheese for my pasta they forgot the salt and pepper and brought like 4 pieces of parmesan use on a salad and not pasta.

The location is brilliant. In the heart of Eixample, close to the metro and buses, lots of shops and restaurants. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with great A/C, which we needed as it was very hot during our visit. It was quiet despite being so central.

It was quite expensive. Although it was advertised as an apartment it was more like a hotel room with two bedrooms. There were cooking facilities but only just enough equipment to be able to prepare food. The TVs didn´t have many non Spanish channels and more importantly, no netflix, apps or ability to mirror to our phones so we could watch as a family.

The view on the Gaudi building. The location in general. Passeig de Gracia is very safe and has very good international top-level people on it. You can always go out, also in the middle of the night. There is always a convenience store open around the hotel. Very many good restaurants and locations are very close. The suite apartment itself is perfect for business purpose, also having a real table to be able to work with a Notebook on it. The reception people are very nice and kind.

It is very difficult to get a hotel bill to the company address printed out. You have to wait several days until the book-keeping dept. can do so. The local staff is not able to do so - even if you give them all necessary information. I got the right bill finally at the last of my stay after intervening about 3 times. The prices of this apartment are oscillating a lot depending on the fact of a trade fair is currently in Barcelona somewhere. So you can't go regularly there - sometimes the room price jumps up suddenly by the factor 3 depending on the booking period. Meanwhile all prices are much higher than in the past when I visited first this location.

We absolutely loved our stay at these apartments! Everything was just perfect — from the warm welcome to all the little touches that made us feel right at home. The place was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The location is great too — peaceful and quiet, but still close to everything. The hosts were incredibly kind and thoughtful, you can really tell they care about their guests. We’d definitely love to come back and would happily recommend this place to anyone!

The staff were always cheerful and ready to help. Bruno who greeted us on arrival did all he could to manage an earlier check in and take care of luggage and this level of service continued throughout our stay. The cleaning staff were attentive and flexible around our schedule and happy to help with any requests. The room itself- balcony middle- was a beautiful place to wake up to and relax and the kitchen facilities have all one would need to make breakfast and light meals. But given the location is so close excellent for shopping, drinking and dining we only spent our early mornings and late evenings in the room. Perfect !

This stay went far beyond my expectation. Initially I thought it was an AirBnB, well, it turns out to be a hotel. Friendly host at front desk to assist 24*7, and housekeeper comes cleaning everyday. It just feels so comfortable and convenient. The most important part is it’s on the same street with a bunch of luxury stores, next to Fendi, Van Cleef. And my room actually is very quiet, I didn’t hear any hussle of the busy street. Love love love!

After picking up the keys, everything was perfect. Can't say enough good things...very well thought out. It's an actual "hotel" stay ... room service and all. Suggestion: If you have an early arrival flight and it's a busy season, I suggest you discuss with them the possibility of paying for the night BEFORE your arrival so your room will be ready in the morning. Otherwise, you will find yourself waiting until actual check-in time (or a bit longer). Our early arrival is NOT their fault - but it deserves mention for detailed planning.

Price. Maybe it was the time of year, but it was a bit pricey.

The staff is welcoming and extremely helpful. They were always available to answer my questions and even offered some recommendations of things to see and do near the hotel. Great location. I did not cook during my stay, so I did not check out the equipment that was available in my room.

I have zero complaints about my room and the staff. Everything in the hotel is well set up, and the staff attend to your questions immediately.

Very good bed with good mattress, comfortable pillows. Set of dishes, separate refrigerator for wine. Heating, general friendly atmosphere in the hotel, friendly staff.

Coffee, tea, sugar, dishwasher and washing machine tablets should be replenished daily in my opinion.
