Good location, lovely clean rooms and great breakfast choice. Nice to have the rooftop bar and pool.

No courtesy room or late check out option. Asked a few times but told they couldn’t offer anything as high season and hotel was full. We looked direct on hotel website, which offered discount and had 5 rooms available. Shared this with the reception staff and after a long conversation and 3 staff trying to sort, we were eventually able to have the room and pay for an extra night (at the discounted rate) even though we checked out at 8:30pm for our flight! Worth it though for 4 of us to freshen up after a hot day and ready for our journey home! Would be a lot easier to have a courtesy room available, even if you have to pay for it!

Excellent location of the hotel. Most of the sights to visit can be reached by easy walking. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around the hotel. There are stations of several city transport lines nearby. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained, and special attention has been paid to the details in the lobby, where there is also a bar. The roof terrace is interesting, I believe especially in summer, but I can't say that it "takes your breath away". The pool on the roof is small, in terms of dimensions it is better to describe it as a large jacuzzi where you can cool off in the summer and enjoy cocktails. The rooms are clean, functionally decorated, relatively spacious, but with some strange details - for example, the closets have no doors, but curtains, and the bathroom doors are made of wrought iron. It is recommended that you choose a Superior room because it has a view of the street (some also have a small terrace - a French balcony), while ordinary rooms face the courtyard. What particularly caught our attention was the impression that the bed linen was changed every day. However, after a few nights, we concluded that the maids, during the daily tidying of the room and changing the towels, iron the bed linen and make the bed in such a way as to give the impression that the bed linen has been changed (which it is not). The breakfast is of good quality, but with a limited selection, so after a few days (3-4) it gets boring. There is room for improvement here, The reception staff are very friendly and always ready to help and we have nothing but words of praise for them. Summary - a good choice of hotels for visiting Barcelona.

A top hotel in a fantastic area. The rooms were modern and well designed overall. We were here during a heat wave and the aircon worked exactly as we’d hope to retreat after a day of exploring. The roof bar/pool area is very nice and delivered exactly what we were looking for.

The breakfast was okay and was a little overpriced as a result. We were given what appeared to be an accessible room meaning the full bathroom got wet after a shower as there was no enclosure. This was slightly disappointing as we paid for better. However, we still loved this hotel.

The location is great! My bed was very comfortable, and the room size/closet space was very adequate. The staff were very nice.

I did find it difficult to turn the lights off in my room - I know this sounds strange, but they are on dual switches/dimmers. I found the shower pressure to be weak and the outdoor space looks very tired - but perhaps they will spruce it up for the warmer months. I would not bother with the breakfast at the hotel - just walk a few steps anywhere around the hotel for much better coffee/food for less money.

All the staff were friendly. Our room was ready over an hour early so we were allowed to check in early. We were given a bottle of Cava, cake and a note for our anniversary & 2 free drinks tokens for my birthday A special mention to the man at breakfast 'Raymond' he was very friendly and helpful. Couple of small issues in the room with the toilet & bath but they were sorted quickly. Very clean and tidy hotel Great location Highly recommend staying here if you want to be close to places but not in the really busy areas.

The location was phenomenal! Excellent restaurants & shopping right out the door, and all the attractions within 20-30 minute leisurely stroll. Beds were super comfy, loads of storage in the room. Loved listening to the street sounds while we fell asleep & relaxed in our room. Not noisy. Breakfast was outstanding. Staff was very kind.

One thing that could be slightly improved was that since there’s no concierge, it would be nice if the front desk staff knew a little more about local places to dine and/or drink. We needed to eat late one night and the front desk person didn’t have any suggestions. But everyone was very friendly. Minor issue!

The setting was more than expected. Our Concierge was amazing in helping us figure out how to get to our events. Happy hour was great and one day the brought in a singer that was just amazing. Located close to many walkable restaurants. I can't wait to go back.

Nothing unlikeable

I like the friendliness of the staff but also that it was quick checking in. Not too much small talk. I liked the corner room a lot. It was clean and spacious. The rooftop after a day out walking was a real bonus. The breakfast buffet looked very delicious. Although I just went and got a coffee. I enjoyed that there was a Nespresso machine plus a regular hotel machine with all different kinds of coffees. The location was superb as well for my purpose. I will be back.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Corner Hotel. The room was impeccably clean and well equipped with all the essentials I needed. The bed was soft and comfortable. The hotel's location was fantastic, situated within walking distance of major attractions such as Casa Batlló, Casa Milà, and even the Sagrada Família. The area around the hotel is bustling with a variety of restaurants and supermarkets, providing plenty of options for breakfast and other meals every day. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The convenience, comfort, and excellent service made my stay at The Corner Hotel truly memorable. Superb!

The room was impeccably clean and spacious, with modern décor and thoughtful details that made our stay extra comfortable. The location is ideal, nestled in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore Barcelona’s top attractions. Despite being centrally located, the hotel offered a peaceful retreat from the bustling streets. We especially appreciated the cozy ambiance and the sleek design throughout the property. We can’t wait to return!
