Loved the location, the staff were incredibly nice and helpful and the room was wonderful! The shower? Absolutely fantastic! Would recommend to anyone, because it was indeed incredibly comfortable!

The bed could have been a bit more comfortable, as I stayed in an additional one, in a bedroom for 3 people. I believe, originally, the bedroom is meant for 2 people so the extra bed was a bit uncomfortable. However, nothing serious! And I did sleep quite well! The breakfast was a bit expensive in my opinion.

The room was a good size, bed comfortable, bathroom great, and the aircon was perfect. Our room had a balcony that overlooked the street outside which was super cute. Parking was just around the corner in a garage - you have to leave the keys with the attendant who parks the car for you.

Lifts were clunky - super old. The room we had was right next to the lift and the service room, which was annoying when at 6:30am the cleaning staff started moving trolleys around to get ready for the day.

Well-located for what we were doing, we had a renovated room with a balcony, the staff was nice, and the breakfast was fine.

The hotel is currently actively renovating which means that at 7:30am on the dot the workers start. The laundry service is very expensive. The spa is offsite. Apparently large groups commonly stay here and take over the breakfast area.

Comfortable room in a good location. Breakfast included was good. Great to be able to leave bags.

By the time we arrived for breakfast (towards the end) there was limited food available. Being limited spanish speakers we couldn't really ask for more. So maybe arrive earlier for breakfast.

Centrally located, helpful staff.

1 No complimentary water. 2. Had to pay € 2.50 for a 33cl bottle that cost € 0.40 cents in super market. It would have been acceptable, but 3. There was no notice saying water wasn't complementary. 4. Sadly we had unruly drunk guest next door who woke us up at 3 am in the morning and continued for sometime. 5. Hotel accessories just one each for a guest booking of two!

Good central location close to city. Secure parking in nearby garage for our motorcycles. Room was large. There was some building work going on at the time of our stay, but thankfully it was not noisy.

It took a while to book us in and there were 2 large parties of guests (1 of school children & the other more mature travellers) also waiting - it was a bit chaotic. Breakfast the first morning was fine, but the 2nd day was a nightmare, with the 2 large parties all trying to enter at the same time. It would have been better if a specific time/area was arranged in advance for larger groups (& other guests advised). We went back to our room for a while & then had breakfast a bit later.

Everything was very new and clean. The location is perfect. Walking distance to everything.

Nothing bad! The only minor thing is that we were on the first floor and the room vibrated from some machine. The hotel staff offered us to change our room but it was not really necessary, it was not so bad.

It was clean and had everything needed for comfort plus the reception staff were. Kind and helpful

The only thing we did not like was the garage the spaces were so small our car is a Honda jazz which is a small car but the post scratched our car even though there was padding on the posts this space was not fit for use

The location is excellent... 5 minutes from Plaza Mayor... The room is big. Very kind reception. For the ladies, there is shampoo, conditioner, skin cream, and a hairdryer. There is also a toothbrush and toothpaste.😁❤

I didn't like the shower, which was hanging crookedly and couldn't be adjusted. But I took a bath in the very warm bathtub.

Location was good for majority of city sights and attractions. Also little square adjacent to hotel had some pleasant little bars. Parking deal with nearby car park saved us 10€ on 2 nights parking. Shower was really good with lots of HOT water! Beds comfortable and cosy.

Shame no night bar for "night cap" before retiring!!
