Staff were very friendly, very communicative and even gave us lots of recommendations of places to eat and visit, tips on the Alhambra and bus numbers to take as well as drawing these on our map. A very warm welcome. They were also happy for us to leave our luggage behind on the checkout day so that we could spend more time in town before our flight home. Ideally located close to good tapas area, Muslim quarter and Cathedral district. A nice late checkout time is also always appreciated! (12 PM)

The hotel is in a good location - close to bus stops, tourist bazars and old town. Though it's on the main street our room was on the back side, so it was very quiet. The rooms are clean, the staff is helpful. It is nice for tourist's stay too. They do not offer breakfast but there are groceries and bakeries nearby. It is close to some of the city's attractions and has very good connection to Alhambra.

Exceeded my expectations for a hostel. I had a room with a private bathroom. Room and bathroom were quite big and clean. Property had a lift which was great as i had luggage. Reception staff was amazing very helpful in getting to know Granada . I hadn't booked my tickets for Alhambra and was upset to find tickets were all sold out but the guy at reception can't remember his name was great he helped with getting a 72 hr Granada card that got me into Alhambra and other museums and also included some free transport tickets. Definitely recommend the stay.

The affordable and comfortable stay in Granada. The room was clean, with reliable hot water and an effective air conditioner. Although my stay was quiet, it likely varies depending on neighboring guests. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. Its location is ideal—close to the city center and about a 20-minute walk from the train station, making it convenient for exploring the area on foot. Perfect for a budget-friendly overnight stay!

It was a good location. A 20 minute walk to the train station in one direction and a much shorter walk to the major sights in the other direction.

The elevator is not very reliable. When I told management, they got very defensive and said that the elevator was working just fine. The problem was that other tenants on other floors were not closing the doors well. I don't want blame assessment; that does not fix the probem. The Sonia is (American style) on the 4th floor. I had to walk up to the fourth floor after a day of sightseeing. I'm in good shape despite my age, but what about the other people who are not in as good shape? If you have mobility problems, you might want to think twice before booking this place. There were about 3 steps leading up to the landing where the elevator is and there is no handrail there.

Everything was great. The room was clean, the location very convenient, and the price excellent. The staff was also very helpful, they even provided us with a kettle so we could heat water early in the morning before leaving. A very good stay overall.

The suite was located on the 6th floor, which made it quiet, but twice I had to walk the stairs to get to the room. Also, the WiFi/internet was extremely problematic. More on the It didn't/doesn't work as expected side. The staff will say, "It's because it is shared by many others." Basically, what that means is that it doesn't have the capacity to handle the hostal's needs. If you really need internet, you should provide your own via your cellphone Hotspotand NOT rely on the Hostal's.

The man behind the check in was very nice and gave us tips for our stay. The room was fine, nothing spectacular. Nice shower.

The double bed had only one long pillow, two separate pillows would have been nice. Sharing a pillow is not always very convenient. There was no communal space for cooking or a fridge.

Everything was perfect!!! Specially staff Juan Antonio. He was attentive, gave us a map and told us the best way to go around the city and told us places to go eat. He went out of his way and even stayed after his time to leave to explain to us things for granada. Thank you for your excellent service!!!

The receptionist was kind. I could borrow a kettle and a hair dryer everyday. On the first day, when we arrived at the hostel, there was out of order the lift, and we felt dissappointed. However the staff of the hostel, two men helped us to carry our luggages. It was great. Thank you.
