Proximity to shopping, old town, The Alhambra, restaurants etc was perfect. Couldn't have asked for better. Everything was a short walk away Breakfast facilities and food options were excellent and staff were very attentive Hotel frontage and reception staff were excellent. Provided lots of assistance and access to things like tickets to Flamenco shows. All was greatly appreciated There was a taxi rank outside the hotel, so it was easy to get a taxi to and from the train station Rooms and the bed were very comfortable We will recommend this hotel to friends

Room decor was a little dated, but still pleasant

I came to Granada for the first time and stayed at Macia Plaza hotel. I liked everything, the staff were really friendly and helpful and always there when you needed them. I had to stay for 10 days. The room I booked was small and when there was an available room, the manager and the receptionists upgraded me to a bigger and more comfortable room which was amazing gesture from them. I was extremely surprised and happy and it made my stay even more pleasant. Such a thing has never happened to me before and shows how dedicated to making their guests comfortable all the staff really were. What's more, the rooms were clean and tidy and there was always a receptionist available to help. Also the breakfast was really good and offered a great variety and choices. Overall, everybody made me feel comfortable and like home, something I'm very thankful for and when I travel next time to Granada I'll choose this hotel again!

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Property location can’t be better, right in the middle of everything ! If you need a ride from airport or train , take a taxi , not Uber , as taxi has their lanes and can drop you in pedestrian zone , right in-front of the hotel ! tourist train stop is right in front of the hotel , you can walk to any major and minor points of interests of Granada in at most 30 mins of walk . I stayed at the property for 4 nights during the week . I was offered a bigger room at check in for a very little more . Hotel is clean and , unlike most of US hotels , you don’t need to request service , they clean every day and change sheets ! You have a tea pot, with teas , TV if u want to watch your Netflix, YouTube , etc … staff is very kind and responsive ! If u need an iron , ask the front desk . Internet worked super fast ! And , my room was on the 4 th floor facing in inner part of the building . Even if u don’t have a view , you pretty much guaranteed your quiet time ! I don’t see it gets noisy even if you face the Plaza . Breakfast was plentiful for 2 star hotel !

Great central location in the old town in Albaicin within walking distance of Sacramonte. I liked walking through the old lanes full of interesting shops and going up the hill to the viewpoint to see Alhambra at night. The bus stop to go to Alhambra is also very close to the hotel, and there is a taxi stand right in front of the hotel. There are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, making it convenient to grab a bite any time. The reception staff is very helpful and courteous, they were always happy to share useful tips for sightseeing. Would definitely recommend the hotel to others visiting Granada.

Nothing, my stay was perfect

Everyone was very helpful and kind. I particularly appreciated the considerable assistance required for my transfer, it was above and beyond in every way. I wouldn't stay anywhere else if it was available. I also appreciated the view from RM 301 and the reservation persons who made that happen. Thank you very very much

The toilet paper holder was poorly designed and the paper would not stay on it. Could benefit from a hook somewhere in the bathroom for a robe. I Would recommend using a fabric de- piller for the bedspread, lots of little bumps that could easily be shaven off. Everything else was fabulous, thank you!

The location was very close to all major attractions in Granada and with walking distance to everything. Also all the staff were very friendly, helpful, polite and professional. They provided me with all the information I needed during my stay in Granada and would recommend to anyone who is visiting Granada.

The only thing I can think of is better pillows and soundproofing as there was some noise along the corridor.

great location to walk to anywhere but challenging to sleep. Hotel is located plaza and this hotel is small old building renovated to nice hotel but I booked a room alhambra view but was 1F and felt like almost sleeping in the street and view wasn’t that nice. if i go back I will pay less and stay normal room for sleep. But hotel staff was grate and good location, clean nice hotel. this hotel is 2 stat hotel but Service was more like 4 to even 5 star and room is more like 3star

location was great for walking A to B to hotel

I had the best experience with this hotel. First of all, they had upgraded me to a double room although I had booked a single. The room was very spacious, very clean and with all the facilities you need. Second, the location is just great. I honestly cannot think of a better location in Granada, right in the heart of the city and in close proximity to everything! And last, the staff were wonderful! Thank you!

A fantastic location. Everything was in walking distance. Worth paying a little extra for the balcony room that overlooks the piazza, where there was always street entertainment. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a taxi stand outside. Good restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend.

Location is in the centre of granada , i arrived by train and walked to the hotel about 15-20 minutes . i had arrived early and the receptionist took my bags and i had to return two hours laterwhich was no problem . i checked in later on and my room was on the first floor facing the plaza , air conditioning was working , bed comfortable and bathroom was very clean , i stayed here in this hotel for two nights nad did not get breakfast at the hotel .

my room was on the first floor and was noisy outside during the day time as a lot of people congregate in front of the hotel ,,so if staying in the hotel and one is sensitive to noise or wants some more privacy please ask the receptionist to change the room . this option was giving to me on checking out and i could have moved but didnt . apart from that nothing else
